Synopsis

Zio was not meant to survive the night he was born.

A silver pendant kept him alive — and from that day on, the adults around him avoided certain questions.

He grows up in a remote northern village, frail, quiet, and strangely difficult to understand.
Nothing ever seems to happen around him… yet trouble never fully leaves either.

One winter, he is taken away to the mountains without explanation and returns years later as someone who refuses to carry a weapon, avoids attention, and never speaks about his past.

Zio only wants a quiet journey south.

Unfortunately, the world seems to recognize him long before anyone knows who he really is.

A slow-burn fantasy about distance, restraint, and a man trying to live small while the world keeps making space for him.
