Caeli has done what Caeli does best: write cute wolf girl fluff. To be frank, the entire thing can mostly be summed up with that.
As to whether I would recommend it, it really comes down to one question: how much do you enjoy cheesy romantic fluff? Because if the answer to that question is "a fair bit" or higher, you'll probably enjoy this one. The main character is honestly rather bland and the romantic development is predictable, but the other characters are fun and interesting, and there's plenty to enjoy on the way. Just don't go in expecting an epic multilayered narrative or flowing poetic prose
