"Is love really worth the trouble?"

Sato Hiroshi visits his mother's hometown for the first time and is met with an unexpected surprise.

He meets Chiyoko, a sheltered rich girl who doesn't know all that much about the world, strangely enough, she is also supposedly waiting for a mystery soulmate she saw in a dream.

As these two teenagers get to know each other through shared comical moments and grow unforgettable bonds, they start to realize something that should have been obvious from the very start. This story is about fate, love, human connection, familial love, and the painful reality of life.
