High-schooler Takashi "TK" Miura has it all. Good looks, stellar grades, and even a beautiful girlfriend. But his idyllic life is flipped upside down one fateful night, when he gets hit by a truck!

Luckily, TK wakes up after a short-term coma with very minor injuries, but as he is greeted by a girl who claims to be his girlfriend, he finds that he doesn't remember anything about her, or even himself!

Now, TK is forced to navigate his suddenly unfamiliar life and the constant shenanigans of those around him as he tries to come to terms with the loss of his memories. While he endeavors to rebuild the relationships that he's lost and regain his sense of self, one question continues to haunt him.
