In ancient Egypt, a king named Smenkhkare carries a secret: a bracelet that lets him move through time. Known to a few as Timer, he rules beside his wife Meritaten while rebels circle his throne. To hold his kingdom, he has to decide what he's willing to do, and what it will cost the people closest to him. Every oath he swears is paid for in blood.
