The land of Masalvania prides itself on magical brilliance and the concept of "joy". Meaning everyone, up to the last dweller, is an extremely satisfied individual. But there is a secret to it.

Its prince, Igna, who inhabits the epitome of the traits of "joy", "curiosity" and most of all "pride", leads down a road which he wasn't supposed to take. He meets Lentas, a slave, a raw material used to exceed the limitations of magic which makes the splendor possible.

In the end, their lives are controlled. Their decisions are only considered "allowed" if and only if they don't threaten the system. And the only ones who can change it are the human raw materials,
Lentas who barely even remembers his personal origins, takes this chance due to the influence of someone who encompassed the word free. Both compliment each other, both become teachers to each other and in the end discover secrets which they wouldn't have had the capacity to accept individually.
