Gideon never belonged in this world. Orphaned and forgotten, he grew up with nothing—no family, no purpose, and no place to call his own. In a world where strength defines worth, he was someone easily cast aside.
Everything ends the day he is betrayed and thrown into a Dungeon as a sacrifice, left to die in a place no one escapes. With no one coming to save him, Gideon finally lets go of hope.
At the brink of death, he encounters something that should not exist.
A dragon.
It calls itself Abomination—and instead of killing him, it chooses him. Not by chance, but because Gideon is something rare: a perfect vessel.
When he awakens, he is no longer alone. Something now lives within him, slowly merging with his body and soul. His right arm is no longer human.
Now forced to survive in a world that had already rejected him, Gideon must face the power growing inside him.
Because this time, he is no longer just an orphan—he is the Son of Abomination.
This story is something I’ve wanted to write for a very long time.
The idea first came to me when I was still in school, and it stayed with me ever since. Back then, I didn’t have the confidence or the ability to bring it to life the way I wanted. But now, I’ve finally decided to tell this story the way it was meant to be told.
