Synopsis

All old New England houses come with the risk of hauntings. The Hartmans always found their old house a bit creepy. But when they rent it out for the summer and the new tenants complain of noises, lights, and an undisclosed mass murder just months earlier, the family is stunned to learn that they are the presumed ghosts. It’s a matter of public record that the Hartmans were butchered in their home and the police investigation proves it.

Confused and shaken, the family of four returns to their former town to ask questions with no answers from a population that considers them dead, but still worth chatting with. They soon learn that secrets darker than a few killings have surrounded their home for centuries.

I wish I'd found this site sooner, but it's never too late. Well, it could have been, but it wasn't. Hope you all enjoy my premier work!

I'm posting the first three chapters to start, and then I'll be adding one on most days until it's done at the end of the month.
