"I... wasn't supposed to forget you."

After seven years away, Rio Lawrence returns to Lykkore—the seaside hometown he was ripped away from without a chance to say goodbye.

He wants a new life: a quiet dorm, university classes, and enough distance from his past to start over. Instead, he finds Amelia Tachibana, his dear childhood friend he never got to explain himself to. She remembers everything, but he remembers nearly nothing.

Old feelings resurface with old memories, and just as he settles into his ordinary life—everything shatters.

His mother's death was not an accident. His fractured memories, a byproduct of his past.

Changing his fate means trusting dangerous people tied to a past he cannot remember, protecting the people he loves, and uncovering why he was hidden from the world in the first place.

Even if the answers lie far beneath it.
