Synopsis

In 1998, an impossible continent appeared in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. No satellite can photograph it correctly. Maps redraw themselves overnight.

People who visit return with memories that don't belong to them. The continent becomes known as The Ninth Atlas. Twenty years later, an elite anomaly recovery team is sent into its interior after every previous expedition vanishes.

Their mission: Find the source of the distortion. What they discover is a civilization older than humanity itself; one that worshipped living concepts instead of gods. And something is still alive beneath its ruins.

Note from author

I had fun writing this, honestly

(The only nsfw thing in this story is the gore and brutality of the deaths)
