Living in 1980s Tokyo, he solves cases as a Private Investigator using his mysterious ability that allows him to observe past and future events. He uses this ability to gather evidence and track down culprits for his clients.
When Shigeru meets a scientist and is offered a chance to physically change the events he observes, he has to make a choice, does he travel back to the event that started everything, or does he live the rest of his life alone and broken?
