Synopsis

If you pour water into a cup, the water takes on the cup's shape. Change the shape of the cup and you change the shape of the water.

What if you could do the same with reality? Change the structure that holds it together, and you change reality itself.

If you had that power, what would you do with it? Cure disease? End wars? Solve world hunger?

The protagonist of this story has more modest ambitions.

He just wants a girlfriend.

Besides, I tried to do this thing where the story is written as if it's the protagonist's running internal monologue, so that ends up creating more tell-not-show passages than I'd like.
