Hikaru Fukuda was on the wrong end of an otherworldly monster while on his way home from school. He thought for sure he was a goner before two girls he recognized in passing saved his life. These girls, Masae Naru and Anju Kobayashi, introduce him to a world he never knew where magical huntresses work under limited government oversight to hunt down and destroy these monsters while saving lives in the process. They also take him into the world many of these monsters, known to us as magical beasts, come from for a hunt.

One day, a new monster hits very close to home in a literal sense for Hikaru. Can Masae and Anju save his parents before they're ripped apart by a magical beast? Will Hikaru take action?
