Twenty-nine-year-old Reina Amatsuki thought she was ordinary until a supernatural creature called a Hollow bows before her instead of killing her. Taken into the custody of the secretive Astral Order, Reina meets Ren Kurose, a deadly Starborn Hunter assigned to protect her… and execute her should she become a threat. All because something ancient is awakening inside Reina. Later she learns that she's connected to Aurelia, the lost Seventh Starborn and embodiment of Possibility, blamed for destroying the other six Starborn over a 1000 years ago. But as forgotten memories begin returning, Reina discovers history may be wrong. The Starborn were once a family. Aurelia may not have betrayed them. And something far worse than the Starborn is returning. As people and even entire futures begin disappearing, Reina must uncover what happened 13 centuries ago before she loses herself to Aurelia, while Ren is forced to fulfill his orders, and Possibility itself is erased from existence.
Thank you greatly for giving my Anime-Light-Novel a chance. I have been writing since I was 11 years old and it has always been my dream to publish Anime(s). They have helped me grow up and I wish to bring the same joy and happiness to others with my work.
Reina's journey asks a question I find deeply interesting: If you had the power to change a painful outcome, would having that power automatically give you the right to use it? There are no purely good or evil answers in this story. The Starborn love humanity, yet their attempts to protect it have consequences. The Hunters fear the Starborn for understandable reasons. Even the greatest mistakes often begin with the desire to save someone. Most importantly, this is Reina's story. She inherits another person's memories, power, love, guilt and mistakes, but she still has to decide who she wants to become. I hope you enjoy discovering her answer. Best, Natalia
