Snow never stops falling in Marina Hukitaske’s world. A survivor of a broken timeline, she enters a new reality under the false name Mihana Sujiwako, carrying a message from the Akio she lost—words that might save this world. But fear keeps her silent. Each visit to this world’s Akio ends with her fleeing, leaving her grief buried beneath endless December skies.

Haunted by memories of the Akio she loved and the storm that destroyed her world, Marina sees ghosts of her past in everyone around her. Hikata’s laughter hides a corpse, Raka’s strength recalls betrayal, and Rumane’s presence reminds her of someone she lost. Surrounded by warmth, she remains trapped behind her secrets.

But Akio’s patience slowly breaks her mask. Through simple kindness—blankets, coffee, and quiet companionship—he gives her a reason to open her heart. Love becomes reform rather than replacement. Yet fate strikes again, leaving Marina to face another goodbye with her son, Kairo Hukitaske, beside her.
