Enderan Ember was cursed from birth. Children born with the dragon queen’s curse, slowly lose their humanity and transform into dragons. This transformation is always complete before the child reaches adulthood. After turning thirteen, Enderan is invited to join a band of cursed knights who sympathize with his plight. He decides to dedicate his final years towards helping other curse bearers, in the hopes of breaking his own. While fighting alongside his allies, he will learn that even the most cursed lives have their blessings.

What Enderan doesn’t know, is that his life and world are based on a fictional story, in which he is the main character.

Ricky Carlyle (the writer) and Daikichi Go (the artist) are the creators of the hit fantasy manga, “Blessed Days of Cursed Knights”. One day, they find themselves in the world of their manga, and are given ten years to gain strength before they must fight to the death. The winner of this duel becomes the rightful owner of their world.
