A parasitic storm appeared in New York City. The next moment, the entire city was gone. All that was left was a large abyss at its center. Even the memories of its existence as well slipped out of the minds of many.

Due to the coincidence of having physical manifestations of actual memories, two survivors of the storm, Integria and Lazarus, decide to find a way to regain those lost memories.

In this endeavor, they end up crossing paths with the Timekeeper, Roselle Rameses. In a fatal, conflicting accident against the Intemna Famiglia group, and after being exposed to multiple timelines, they end up awakening their time cells: the common structure that allows one to jump through time.

Fortunately-or unfortunately-for them, they are met with a proposition: either face death, as they are potentially a nuclear threat, or pledge their allegiance to the Frieda Bandicoot Foundation. One of the many foundations that preserve and protect the correct flow of time against time abusers.
