Vera Shim, a female scientist in the Royal Cultivation University’s microbiology masters class is cultivating not only herself, but bacteria. A special bacteria, which are supposed to help cure a disease spread by a spiritual parasite. This disease hit the cultivation world a year and something back, it reduces lifespan in the same way cultivated years increase it. The outbreak starts to get worse and worse and Vera feels like she is running out of time. While creating semi-spiritual bacteria, she feels fateful attraction to an unexpected recipient. How will she deal with her heart throbbing, will it be a boon or a thorn in her research? What will happen to the collapsing cultivation world around her, as the Demon Moon rears closer yet?
