The Vessel of Animus

A thousand years ago, the angels arrived on planet Anima. They were immediately hostile towards the races who currently lived there, but mostly kept to themselves. That is, until 20 years ago, when they massacred the village of Viento, starting a war with the humans. Their goal is the extermination of all races that aren't angels.

Zeferina, the protagonist, is a soldier who lost her friends in the war. After that battle, she saves an angel on the verge of death.

Distraught from her friends' deaths, she's approached by a mysterious masked man, telling her to return to her birthplace, Viento, to find something that could change the destiny of their world.

She then decides to go on a journey towards her birthplace, inviting the angel she saved to come. Her goal is to end the war and create a peaceful world where every race can get along.
