Reality brings conflict, clashes over different views and beliefs, but what if that was solved?

What if there was an objective force able to answer any question - from if the sky is blue to the meaning of life with objectivity?

In Tokyo, such a force rules the city, but there are some who disagree with the overseers above, including a mysterious serial killer intent on spreading their message.

Makoto makes it his personal goal to prove that the rulers are infallible and help take down those against the Truth, but will that goal bring more harm or good?
