In 2039, an unexplained phenomenon wiped out 95% of the plant life on Earth, leading to a 13 years long war over the remaining resources and borders, this war was known as the IV war.
2 years after the War, The gap between the people in the society grew larger as inflation on food stocks rage on the overpopulated world, corporate companies monopolize as much as they could to keep themselves afloat, while governments establish different peculiar orders to keep its citizens from causing chaos.
Two brothers, Victor and Richard, live in the Arkanyra district in the city of Tokyo, abandoned by their parents and had to make ends meet themselves. Follow their story through the eyes of Victor as they try to make their lives better in this cruel unforgiving city,
And witness with him, the birth of a new God.
