during a Cosplay contest in 2075, Obili, Sikolo and Aoyi find themselves confronting humanoid beings who devour humans thanks to a blade producing flames from vital energy which is the ATP, a blade invented at the basis to impress the jury of the Cosplay contest. No sooner do humans rejoice in their victory over these human-eating monsters than humanity faces the worst reality of their existence, these humanity-eating humanoids are nothing but humans transforming into this new species. To face these beings with superhuman strength, humans will have to rely on techno-science like that of the blade of the three young candidates of the Cosplay contest to survive.
