When a Norwegian exchange student who can’t speak a word of Japanese becomes the first member of Tani's new Languages Club, his carefully crafted plans are upended. Will his expertise in scheming be enough to solve this problem? Or will this Foreign Girl get in the way of his Ambitious dream of becoming Secretary General of the United Nations?
