A young boy is infatuated with his senpai. She is called Izu-Sama and is known throughout the school for her gentle yet scornful smile which can make anyone fall for her. As the boy watches over her, he begins to notice the women she involves herself with, and he starts believing something sinister is happening beneath the surface.

Izu is particularly close to a girl named Ria, who is quiet and both bullied and outcasted by her classmates. What seemed like a love story between the two girls becomes something more as the boy continues to observe Izu. Could the girl in school given the most adoration not be what she seems?
