I like the premise of coming back to a country previously war torn while still trying to recover from the ptsd. This was really engaging and the main character felt very human, it feels like there’s depth behind her feelings as you read.
Hey! Just finished it Love your writing style, there are some really nice metaphors here. It’s definitely an unexpected take on the prompt. I will admit I was slightly disappointed at the end because not much had happened, but it’s a short story so that’s ok.
