That's an interesting perspective. Whilst I personally believe this longer version would be most beneficial, especially given the context of this story, I was glad that you've pointed out the parts where the voice pleads with Ciel to open it. You see, I did this because of two main reasons:
One is that I've tried making the voice emotionally manipulate Ciel into taking advantage of the absurdity of the voice's sudden presence in his mind. By asking Ciel in a more pleading way, it hoped that it would be more than enough, given that Ciel would have been taken aback by miles at this point already.
The second, more important reason was for the voice to be the representation of Ciel's subconscious will to end his own life. It repeats his name, and it even goes as far as saying "please". By pleading to him, the voice represents Ciel's longing of misery. He pleads for his life to be over, but his willpower overcomes it. It's like when you find yourself in an awkward situation and you think, "Oh please, just kill me already,", you know you don't really want to be killed, even though you're asking for it. It's a good and fortunate weakness many of us have when dealing with depression. It's a step nobody wants to take in the end.
