A) Haha, yeah. You got me there.
B) Yeah, I inserted a lot of internal dialogue in the first chapter. Maybe that's why. It has already been through a lot of patching up to match the later chapters where I kinda know at least where I am going with the naration.
Still trying to find a way to keep the essence but change the presentation, at least for the first few chapters.😅
C) It started like an isekai in my head, but since I wanted to add some time travel aspects, it became something in between. Both of those bring the focus on the main character having to adapt and overcome. It made it easy for me to combine it with a first-person perspective and internal dialogue that has some meaning.
So I let go of the isekai idea, but kept some aspects that would help me.
