Just a weeb trying to write some light novel style stories with the help of AI. I'll admit, my ability to convert raw ideas to words is lackluster at best, but my strength lies in my editorial eye and my creativity that really kicks to life during the refinement process.
I'm constantly adding to the highly detailed character profiles of my 4 OC's (pso2NGS characters: Narumi, Yui, Emi and Akari). Before I write a story, I will write down some basic ideas or even flesh out a plan. Then, I feed the char profiles and the story plan to an AI such as Claude 3.5 sonnet or chatgpt 4o, using them to generate a draft. If I'm happy with the draft, I then spend countless hours layering on more humour, tsukkomi commentary, details, and additional scenes or even cutting stuff out while I refine everything line by line using a mix of my own wording and AI suggestions until it shines exactly the way I want.
