Thank you truly, from the bottom of my heart for reading this story all the way to the end.
This is my first ever proper work my very first novel.
I poured my heart into it. For two long months, I gave everything I had, focusing solely on this story. Even with work and all the other responsibilities pulling at me, I chose to keep going. There were days I didn’t eat, days I didn’t sleep more than two days at a time sometimes but I didn’t let go. I stayed with it, because this story meant something to me.
It wasn’t easy. There were moments when it felt like I was standing alone with only my words to keep me company. But I kept writing, kept shaping the world and the characters I cared about. And now, even though the ending didn’t turn out exactly how I first imagined, I’m deeply glad. I’m glad because I finished it. I saw it through to the very end.
This novel carries all the time, effort, and love I gave it — and that’s something I’ll always be proud of.
