I will try my best to find a good line between scientific believability and obscure reality. I’ll definitely address my faults and any issues on the source of the apocalypse in the coming chapters 🫡. I think I misinterpreted what I wished the end to be. Rather than something that takes hundreds of millions of years to expand, I wanted a fast erasure of the universe like a bubble popping. And the looming void that everyone can see simultaneously despite breaking the laws of physics was something I related to a dead pixel in a video game screen. I'll rework some parts of my story to fix it and better integrate it in the pool of science fiction, thank you for pointing it out! As for why people don’t hitchhike their way to the outer reaches of the universe, well not to spoil too much but they are. With the influence of order spread thinly across the stars, who's to say people have not already attempt such feats? Many colonies dotted around space have they’re own ideas on how to go about this, some of which are more abstract than others, so I hope people will enjoy the adventure 🦾
