It's a little dialogue heavy, but I like where you're going with it so far. Reminds me a bit of Constantine, urban fantasy with an edge to it.

I like it! You're setting up some interesting characters, I can't wait to explore their dynamics as the story continues. Sato seems like an underdog-type romantic lead, so I'm interested what will happen with him. And he seems sweet, looking after the elderly. That's a good trait to have.
