Hey hey hey. All the questions you have asked are going to be told. It's called 'building a suspense'. You need to tell the past before the future. The protagonist's true story will be discussed till the very last episode as his story goes deeper than void. It's deep. Really, really deep.
The tyrants are necessary to be revealed early as they are literally the main antagonists.
They day of the 17th will be discussed, not just once, but many times. That day holds details of the entire story. It decides the flow of this story, and it's very end.
I only bolden the words/items/names that are going to be necessary in the coming chapters, or the words/items/names that are really important for the story.
If you read this chapter properly, you would've known how the MC is still young for 200 years. He was in a Cryogenic Chamber. Something that freezes all growth. It will be discussed deeply in chapter 4.
As for the MC, his name itself will be revealed in chapter 2. And his story will be told in bits, like breadcrumbs. The reader would have to arrange all those breadcrumbs to find the bread, the full story.
