Very cool start to your isekai. I particularly like Diane as the MC. When she found herself in a completely unfamiliar place, convinced it's a dream, and surrounded by little floating orbs with no hands (lol), after the alley and the monster, she puts on her nurse's hat and gets to work. I like that she has a personality and a profession that she was good at, that she's used to helping people, etc. She's not a blank slate character who is well served by being catapulted away from her boring life to a different world. Because the truth is, boring characters get bored, lol. So I appreciate the different setting than the classic oh life is boring and pointless hey look a new world. Lol.
I'm assuming the monster is Aster? I'm wondering what kind of creature he is... or rather transforms into... A werewolf-esque one?
In any case I liked this beginning. It's fast-paced and interesting, and the FMC is AWESOME
