Thank you so much for taking the time to try out Menodora, even if this first chapter wasn’t to your taste.
To address the POV shift, that was a purposeful one time shift to delineate between his original world and the one he was being transported into. This shift might not always work for everyone, but it is only used once within the story, I tried to be purposeful about it and avoid overuse so as to create that distinction. Totally a style choice and I understand if it didn’t work for you.
Its so strange, you know I did a lot of research on Light Novels before beginning, reading them, looking up details on the genre. The one thing I was confronted with was that they were all so vary different. Even in my reading I finished one novel and decided not to continue with another. I’m sorry if my approach didn’t suit you. My approach was intentional, and some of the havoc I think was unavoidable consider the circumstances the MC was under. However, I do appreciate you giving it a try, however much it might not be to your taste.
I will convey your complements to the artists, they worked really hard and did this last minute for me. I appreciate them more then I can say and if there was only one complement you felt you could give to the story I am glad it was to them.
