Yah, I was trying to think of names that would kind of match 'victorian' characters. (though, I will admit that I've never made it thru a Jane Austen... I'm currently trying with Emma... *side glances lotr... I could just read you for the 50 millionth time, my sweet*

Thanks for the grammar heads up. When this story is finally freed up from the contest I hope to go back through and re-edit it before passing it off to my critique group for them to strangle. I'd had this story on the back burner for a few years, so I was just happy to get some bones for it down (using the motivation of a contest that I don't actually care if I win or not to get me going). Then I will have more time to build these characters *looking at you Stacy* and figure out more of what they want this story to be.

Good, you were starting to pick up on the fairy reference... I tend to not drop enough hints along the way, so glad that came through clear enough.

I couldn't figure a way out of it, however (other than rewriting the whole story in single pov deep third and dropping character threads).
