Except again it's been clearly stated you can't magic/teleport something inside of someone hence why Ophia's clan use blood infused clothing as protection against shadow/space mages.

I'm so glad we got a Gerenda POV chapter. Getting a chance to see the internal monologue of the outwardly stoic character is a great way to really sell her as being unable to express her emotions as opposed to just not having them.😆

Not really, and earlier chapters mentioned she doesn't need rest but it saves on life energy to rest. So I suspect it's more she can choose to sleep whenever she wants as opposed to having a set rhythm.

I suspect Aldan is Tamara's child and that magic is hereditary. Plus given Tamara just last chapter referred to herself and Jenneva as the Dawn and Twilight consorts that Tamara is a light mage.
