Thank you so much for an honest review! I'm glad it has a kid's book kind of vibe, since I'm studying to be a children's librarian. I appreciate you taking time to review the story even though it didn't personally mesh with you. Cale was based on my actual brother, and I added all his real life quirks. He can be annoying at times, but I'm happy he came across as mostly charming.
