After that uproar, the news spread throughout the world, where many questions were asked and many theories were made in both social media and in the internet. Even both the US and philippine presidents has made a comment about the masked vigilante named reaper, that he is a force for good and has come with good intentions. Though president joel, as much of a businessman and selfish man as he was, was being targetted with many negative comments from all over the world. While the Philippine president claims that reaper is on their side and is a friend. Though that much has been said, none ever said his real name, as what john intended. President joel was also under fire by a military informant that he let businessmen finance some money for the military, and some business companies were allowed inside the pentagon under contracts, which then led to some control over some military facilities in the military. While president dueta also received some negative comments, it didnt budge him that much, since most negative comments were from other americans. Within just a day, the reaper was a smashing sensation all over the world, in both fear and awe.

"Its now a week and you are still receiving so many requests from all over the world. Cant you already agree to some of it? Its what you want right?" Angel said with her hands on her waist

John and his family were recently back to their original places, and out of hiding, where john is helping his parents once more. And on his free time, john would look at the list of requests from the philippine government while sitting down inside the house. It was now afternoon when he had the break.

"Majority of the requests are always for an interview, so my answer will be no. Although there are some which needs attention, such as resolving the conflict between revel forces in the africas to taking down international crime syndicates." John said

"Whoa.. thats quite hard to solve." Angel said in awe

"Yeah. So I will maybe resolve the local conflicts here in mindanao first. What do you think?" John said, looking at angel

"You may go do that, though I dont know. You can choose, as long as you can survive the mission and come back home. Even until now, im very sad to let you go through those missions of yours." Angel said

"Shes right son. You decide whats best to do." Tod said, as he appeared from behind angel

"Alright then. Although, Im also thinking. Should I increase the number of my allies?" John said

"Yes, you should! So that you wont be the only one handling all the work." Tod said as angel agrees

"Ok. There is another way for me to make more allies, and that is for me to activate the human potential hidden within the DNA." John said

"What?! You can bestow someone with power?!" Tod and angel said, being surprised

"In simple terms, yes. I can activate their potential, but it will depend on them on what kind of power they will get. Though there will be sometimes that the power they get will be their death." John said

"I see. So its random. And how frequent can you bestow someone with power?" Tod said

"I can activate as many as I want to, since it will only take a bit of energy to activate the mutant genes within us." John said

"Can you do that with me john?" Tod said

"Wait! Are you sure tod?" Angel said, worried

"Yes, so that I may be able to protect us when the time comes." Tod said assuring

"A-alright then." Angel said, after a long pause, though still worried

"Here I go then." John said as he stood up

He then touched tods forehead, where tod felt a bit of tingling pain for a second, before john lets go. In that instant, after tod leans back due to the slight pain in the forehead, tod felt an unknown feeling which lets him touch the wall for balance. Then there was a fire ball in his other hand.

"Whoa! Its a success!" Angel said, turning from worry to joy

"Its on my hand, but I dont feel any heat from it." Tod said, also enjoying the sensation

"So your power is to generate fireballs. Depending on how you use it, it can be very useful." John said, being happy and all

"Do me as well john." Angel said

"Are you sure? You were pretty afraid back then." Tod said as he puts out the fire

"Though the percentage for death is pretty low, like maybe 1 percent, the power that you will receive will also be at random. So it will now depend on your genes and stuff." John said

"I see. Alright then, I will go for it." Angel said, determined

With that, john touched her forehead for a second just like with tod, and she felt a bit dizzy. Though when they next saw her, she was glowing a bit, before it faded away.

"You saw that?" Tod said

"Yes, she definitely glowed." John said, as they were now smiling

"I glowed? So my power is light?" Angel said as she was now ok

"We cant say that for sure, though you definitely have glowed mom." John said

"So son, how does using these powers work?" Tod said

"Powers would depend on the mental state of the user, that it will turn on or make new techniques and stuff." John said before he sat down again. "Back to the topic, I will just recruit for more mutants to be with me."

"Cant we help you with anything john? Now that we are also mutants." Tod said

"No, you guys need to stay here. Those powers are for you to protect yourselves when the time comes." John said seriously

"When the time comes huh.. do you mean about the incoming enemies that might ambush us or something?" Angel said

"Yes. Anyways, I will probably go now." John said as he stood up again

"You have decided on what to do now?" Tod said

"Yes. Though I would need to consult the president first." John said before he walks towards the stairs

"Ok then. Do tell us when you will depart for your mission." Tod said as john agrees, before he climbed up towards his room

*Ring*

"Hello mr president." John

"Hello john, its good to finally hear you after a week." Dueta

"Yes mr president, and I have decided on what mission I will go. I want to help with the communist party problem." John

"Really? You will help me with the countrys long problem of communist conflict?" Dueta

"Yes. In fact, the easiest solution to this is always to kill all muslims." John

"No, not all muslims are bad, thats what I believe. But some of them are really up to no good." Dueta

"Yes, I agree. But as the young ones would always have the mindset of vengeance, one way in getting rid of the communists is to kill all muslims. Did you know that drugs are usually distributed via land and forest route, and usually in muslim territory." John

"Yes, I know. As I came from the city filled with both muslims and catholics. But cause of that, I can also say, that not all muslims must be judged. And where did you get that information anyways?" Dueta

"I have my sources. Though one source came from Lanao." John

"I think that you shouldnt go. I will assign you with another mission instead, and of my choosing, if that will be ok with you." Dueta
