"Good work son, as always." Tod said proudly, as they agreed

John was now back at his home, on the kitchen table again, where they were in another family meeting at night and after dinner.

"Yeah bro! And tho there was an after party just for you, you just escaped by saying that your tired from the trip, like you were on a business trip or something." Jasmin said as she was smiling

"Its true though, that I was a bit tired from the whole mission." John said

"But for the time being, the world united in an effort to bring down a world destroyer, and its all due to your efforts." Angel said

"And now, I have to train those new mutants by tomorrow. Which each are team representatives for each country." John said

"Well, thats also your responsibility now john. Just do your best training them." Tod said

"And you also said that its just the US president who was very hard to convince right? Up until now, there is no mention of your efforts on TV." Jasmin said

"No worries.. I didnt do that for fame after all. Besides, maybe its on local TV, and not in international." John said

"Maybe. That jerk of a president probably used his powers to prevent anyone from ever finding out the real truth on the matter." Jasmin said

"So, whats your new mission now?" Angel said

"Did you forget mom? Its still my rest day today. Though if I have to decide now, I think that I could accept an interview from an international TV station." John said

"Alright then, I will contact president dueta about it right now." Jasmin said before she got her phone and calls the president

"Are you sure john? You have been avoiding the media for quite some time now." Tod said

"Yes. I would even fly there myself if I have to, so that the truth shall be known. Ignorance is bliss after all." John said

"Alright then, I hope you are right on this." Tod said

After that, as the president was able to schedule an international TV station in singapore, he immediately flies early morning the next day. Not using a plane, but at lightning speed.

"Good day international viewers, your now watching international news, at CNA. This is fuji yuuki as your host for the program. In this segment, we bring you an interview of johnny storm, the reaper. Thank you very much for accepting an interview with us." Fuji said

John was now sitting at a short distance beside the TV host, where he is to be interviewed on the TV station.

"Yes, its my pleasure." John said with a smile

"So, after a long time of requesting for an interview, why now?" Fuji said

"Well, I will say all this once and straight. Its because of a certain US president, which I participated and also destroyed a meteor headed towards earth the size of america itself, that he really made sure the news about me wont make it in the light of day. Which is why we contacted your station for the news about the meteor. We really used up all the nukes in the world, in order to divert the course of the meteor. Its just really unfair for all the other countries participating in the effort as well." John said

"Wow, thats quite a lot to take in.--" fuji said

"This is live right? So that if the US president would ever interfere, his hair wouldnt be his only problem right now." John said with a smile

"Haha, yeah. Glad to have you right now on our side now john. Anyways, is it true that the world is now nuke free? And whats with the meteor that you spoke of? Can you tell us more about it?" Fuji said

"Yes, I hope so, that the world may become nuke free. Since there are some who are just very selfish, that they would still keep some on the pretext of world peace and balance. And yes, the meteor thing is true. Even I went to space myself just to divert such a monstrosity." John said

"You are right about the nuke thing. And you yourself went to space?! Why?" Fuji said

"The nukes can only reach towards the distance between the moon and earth, and we are talking about an american sized meteor here. So given the distance needed, there is no other choice but to go there and lend a hand." John said

"So how did the nukes even reach towards the meteor? And where is it now?" Fuji said

"I just used electromagnetism to pull all the missles towards the meteor, before I blasted them all towards the meteor and pulled the trigger, then I used some lightning so that it will be diverted." John said

"Also, how did you manage to convince the world leaders to use all their nukes?" Fuji said

"I just made a deal with them, launch all their nukes, and I will make mutants for them for free." John said

"Seriously?! And you also made mutants for those countries who have nukes? Or is it every country?" Fuji said

"Every country except for america. Although it was the other countries that had managed to convince america to participate, so they dont have any right for me to make mutants for them. Besides, they even sent in in secret some americans, along with those who are participating. So I had them removed from the team." John said

"I see. And does lightning even work in space?" Fuji said

"Yes, it does. Since the principle behind making lightning is just to make atoms interact with each other at the atomic level, to produce enough energy for lightning." John said

"Whoa! So your power is actually to control atoms? Or just lightning?" Fuji said

"Nope, just pure lightning." John said

"But you could also heal others right? As well as make more mutants like you." Fuji said

"Yes, though to be exact, I can reprogram the brain whether to heal, make more mutants, or to take away something." John said

"What do you mean take away something?" Fuji said

"You know about computers right? When its being reformatted, it goes back to its default state." John said

"So you are saying that you can reformat a person? So that will make the person think that he is a baby or something?" Fuji said

"Yes, or even take away their thoughts completely." John said

"Why? And how? It seems that your power is dangerous after all." Fuji said

"Nope. Under the right person, these powers can be used for good. Also, you know that the brain is like a computer right? So neurons are also like wires which electricity passes through. Thus its basically part of my power." John said

"I see. Lets just change the topic. You said that there is a certain US president that is hindering the information, just why was it hindered?" Fuji said

"Its president joel hide. Its maybe cause of his own pride that hes hindered the information. Since he probably thought that america can solve this matter alone." John said

"When I think about it, the space news yesterday said that there will be a meteorite that will pass by earth after a month." Fuji said

"Actually, the impact time was for a months time. So if left alone, it would have been too late to change the trajectory of the meteor. Good thing there was a whistleblower in NASA, or else it would have been all too late. Just because of some stupid pride from a stupid man." John said

"Are you sure you should really be saying that? What about your family?" Fuji said

"I trust the philippine government, and they are also protecting my relatives as we speak." John said

"And you cant be touched as well right? Cause of your power." Fuji said

"Yes, though I can if only I wanted to. All this wouldnt even have happened if it werent for americas intervention." John said

"But just how did everything start in the first place?" Fuji said

"Didnt you hear my first interview with a US news station? Though long story short, I was just a normal worker at a call center when the company just wanted to get rid of me through any means necessary. And now, its found out that they are a part of the dark side of society, the black order." John said

"Ah, yes. You did say that before. But just how did you know all that?" Fuji said

"An informant told me, thats all you need to know. Since shes currently under protection." John said

"Ok. I guess that the situation is rather a bit complicated, so I will understand. And I just remembered something, that you said in your story that you could destroy america if you wanted to." Fuji said

"Yes, I can. Since if I use my full power, I could even wipe out america from the map. Though the white house or pentagon should suffice if ever something happens to my family." John said with a smile

"Well, thats maybe all of my questions so far. Thank you for really coming here." Fuji said as she reached out her hand for a handshake

"Yes, thank you very much. I actually flew here after all just for the truth to be told, and not covered up. After all, humans have the habit of destroying what they dont like or understand, and create what they like." Johns said before he shook her hand

With that done, john booked a ticket towards manila, where he flew by plane back to the philippines. Since he still have some people there to train their new powers.
