Chapter 3

“damn itwesley! why did you go off like that all by yourself?!” rod said after Wesley got to the bridge

Rod was still standing in his armor when Wesley got there.

“I have no energy weapons you know. So I gottasave myself—“

“save yourself?! At least show some concern and wait until all of us resurfaces! Gosh!”

“s-sorry mate. I-im maybe just afraid of whats to come.”

“hahh.. its fine. But the next tie would be different you got that?!” rod was massaging his eyebrows due to stress

“yes sir.”

“alright then. Where are we now?” rod then faces the omega team

“sir, we are now above Egyptian airspace. We are currently requesting for entrance.”

“good. After the request, call the Egyptian president.”

After a while of waiting for approval, a call to the Egyptian president was then made.

*ring*

“hello mr president. We have them.”

“good! This is certainly good news! You must come now back to the museum quick!”

“whats the hurry mr president?”

“just come quick!”

The president then hangs up the phone. In a matter of minutes, they have arrived back to the cairo museum where the Egyptian president was waiting for them.

“hello mr president, what brings us here anyway? And might the arabian president be overstaying as well?” rod said as he descends from the skies in his armor

“it is bad news rod mason! Inside the museum quick!”

“the mummies al started to move all of a sudden!”

“what?!” Wesley also accompanied rod when they descent as they were the only ones who was unaffected by the tentacles.

Then the moment they touched down to the stairs of the museum, they entered it where the military was getting ready to aim their guns at the mummies. But as Wesley passes by, the mummies all bumped at the glass as they stare at him. Of course Wesley was as scared as hell by the scene.

“im back prof and with some harvest this time.”

Rod then presented all the specimens and the pictures that they took inside the cave.

“h-how did you get all this? Where have you been?”

“its better that no one knows prof. Can you now carbon date everything that we found?” rod

“yes, i can. Just wait for a moment. And i have also finished analysing from the pictures that you gave his majesty.”

“so, how are they?” wesley

“the complexion and the facial structure of the chief in there looks Egyptian. Even the guards at the sides all have Egyptian weaponry with them.”

“so it is true then.”

“so rod mason, come with me now.”

“yes sir.” Rod

They were now again walking along the lanes where the mummies were displayed. The mummies all looked at Wesley again as if they had some sort of grudge against him.

“may i ask you mr Wesley, why have all the mummies stopped moving by the time you got here?”

“maybe its because of the treasure that he has got in his pockets.” Rod said smiling

“oh come on. why cant a guy just get a life?” wesley

“you were still going to sell them to the museum right? Why not show them all now?” rod

“hahh.. fine.”

Wesley then showed them jewels and coins of gold and silver.

“whoa! How did you get all these?!”

“he got it from our trip.” Rod

“so, can i sell them?” Wesley said with a smile

“hahh.. mr Wesley, you certainly have brought about havoc when you stole those treasures.”

“hmm.. how about lets all sit here instead mr president and discuss my adventure.” rod

“o-okay.”

Rod then showed the 2 presidents the video of their trip inside the caves.

“can we ask for you again rod mason to bring back those artifacts down there?”

“no can do. And i don’t plan on coming back there again. Did you also know that that place had all my men down the stretchers.” Rod said with a serious face

“why? Its just a simple mission to go inside the cave right?”

“to go inside would be simple, if you know the way. But going out would be the hardest. Did you already see my video?”

“yes. But i still couldn’t believe it, that that thing exists.”

“yes it does. And the net time visitors come there, it wouldn’t be as forgiving as before.”

“you all saw the mummies right? All staring at me.” Wesley

“yes. Since you also stole that treasure inside the cave.”

“actually, i just stole one coin just for observation.” Rod

“what?!”

The mummies then turned to rod and nodded.

“does that mean its okay?”

“probably. But how come im not?”Wesley

“please feel the weight of your sins Wesley. Hahh..” rod face palms

“mr Wesley, please give us the treasure so that we will keep it somewhere safe.”

“a-alright.” Wesley said as he reluctantly gave the jewels to the presidents

Now the mummies all stare at the presidents as they now have the treasure

“hahh.. what now?!”

Then the professor ran to them.

“rod mason! I couldn’t believe it! This is a find of a century!”

“what is it? Speak.” One of the presidents said

“from start to finish alright prof.” Rod

“okay. From the findings from the pictures that you gave his majesty, the structure looks like mayan. It like a temple made of gold over a hundred feet tall. I have also examined from some of the hieroglyphs that some of them were mayan and some of them were ancient egyptian.”

“wow! Thats great! I cant believe that we have found the lost city of Eldorado rod!” Wesley

“Wesley! Your big mouth!” rod

“u-um.. i think im going to keep what you said a secret. “

“thank you. And the next one?”

“yes. From the cloth that you have gotten, it was carbon dated to be a hundred years old. And from the pictures that you have given me, the dead soldier by the treasure looks like ancient greek while the people in that cave looks like ancient mesopotanian.”

“is this really true?!”

“maybe. Ever since the death of their last king, king Solomon, their civilization had vanished.”

“but since there are no means of writing yet by then, that means there is no record of what might have happened back then.” Wesley

*ring*

“please excuse me gentlemen.” The Arabian president said as he answers his phone

“so what should we do now with the treasures rod? The mummies of course wouldn’t forgive me for stealing.” Wesley

“this is why i said not to get those treasures when we were there.”

“hahh.. your right. I should have listened to you.”

“mr president, this would now be the map of the underground network of tunnels.” Rod then gave the map to the Egyptian president from his bag

“w-why are you giving it to me?!”

“im sure that you will guard it well your majesty. Though you mustn’t ever attempt to go there.”

“how about if i had a team on an expedition there? or i should just request for you again.”

“like i said, we are never going back there again. Which is also why its probably completed by now.” Rod

“what completed?”

“the latest video upload of my new adventure.”

“hahh.. rod mason.. why must you even..”

“don’t worry your majesty. I have already edited the video that it doesn’t contain any confidential information such as the map of the place. So you better guard it well.”

“y-yes, of course i would.”

“though you should also better inform the US, Chinese, Japanese, Philippine, and Russian presidents about what we have found out.” Wesley

“yes, thats right. They already have copies of those pictures that i just gave you.”

“wh—“

“what?!” Arabian president shouted

“whats wrong my friend?”

“one of the youngest daughters of my wife is missing. I must go back to the palace.”

“is that the last place that she was at or was she just playing at your house?” Wesley said as he still couldn’t believe it

“stop it Wesley. You still got a lot of work to do before you can lead a team. Hahh..” rod

“no, hes right. She was just playing at the palace when she suddenly disappeared. Anyway, i better go now.”

“hold there mr president, not now. There is a sand storm passing by.”

“what?! at a time like this?!”

“we will escort you then to the palace your majesty before we go home.” Rod

“is that okay with you rod mason?”

“yes. We will give you a lift.”

“okay then. Thank you rod mason.”

After saying their goodbyes to the Egyptian president, they then escorted the Arabian president to the origami which was high in the clouds as the sand storm rages on. in Saudi Arabia, they arrived right above the palace.

“did you find her yet?!” the Arabian president shouted to his wife in arabian

“not yet.”

“tell me, where did you say you lost her?” rod said in English

“just right behind the palace where she was just playing.”

“alright then. Wesley, lets go to the back and search for the girl.”

“okay mate, i follow your lead.”

They then got to the back of the palace where there was a garden.

“we have already searched everywhere for her.” His wife said as she was crying in his arms.

“if we may enter and try to locate your majesty.:

“yes, you may enter. But do not get inside the building since entry is forbidden.”

“yes your majesty.”

“here is her picture”

Both rod and Wesley then copied the picture and flew up to view through both heat sensor and spectral gear all around the back of the palace. And at one side of the palace, rod found and scanned some bizarre energy readings in an abandoned well.

“Wesley, come here. I’ve got something.”

Wesley then flew to rods location where they descended towards the well. And when they opened the well, they found a distortion. Then an entity suddenly came out form the well and tries to attack them.

“you go rescue the child Wesley, she might be inside the well while I occupy its attention.” Rod said and welsey nodded

Soon, guards came to see what was the commotion about and saw rod with his energy sword pointed at the well. The guards were bewildered at the sight and attempted to draw their guns to stop him when Wesley asked for a rope. They cooperated and brought a rope. But as they saw rod swinging his energy sword, there were tiny sparks that flew from the sword which also startled them.

There, Wesley got the rope and went down the well. The entity notices this and tried also to reach its tentacles to Wesley when rod shielded Wesley. Then after descending into the well, he saw the child floating in the water and he grabbed. The child was then saved and they then flew away from the well where it still tried to reach out its tentacles at the child.

They descended towards the garden where the president was waiting along with his men and gave the child first aid.

“well, that’s the story. We found her inside the well.” Wesley

“b-but how did that happen?! Unless if someone put her there.” The president was now angry

“I don’t know, but I found her in the well with an entity in it.” Rod

“what happens when an entity gets to you anyway?” Wesley

“you still don’t get it? Didn’t you see what happen to the men inside the cave?”

“yes but I still need a thorough explanation on what really happened. I still couldn’t believe what I just saw back there and now.”

“hahh..” rod then sighed “when an entity connected to you, they would seriously such out the life force out of you as well as any energies inside and outside the body, that’s my theory. Which then leads to an unexplainable pain in your body causing you to have headaches, stomach problems, and even throwing up.”

“im just glad that shes alright.” The president then held her in his arms

“we will now be going mr president.” Rod

“I cant thank you enough for this rod. I—“

“no need for rewards mr president, its our job.”

“hmm.. maybe some fine jewel—“ wesley

“Wesley, were now going.”

“hahh.. fine..”

They then flew back to the origami and finally on their way back to the philippines.

On the bridge of the origami on their way back.

"sir, there is a call for you."

"put it through." rod

"hello?"

"yes, who is this?"

"is this rod mason?"

"yes."

"thank you, i finally got through. This is dutuer calling that there are mummies that are moving!"

"what?!" wesley then stood up from his seat

"the other presidents are now calling to me for you. What might be the meaning of this?"

"if you have watched my newest video, you would know that i was in an adventure to save some rich kids again."

"yes, i saw and am in ameeting with the world leaders right now to discuss these abnormalities."

"sorry about that. My friend here got a little carried away and stole some stuff from the dead." rod stared at wesley who was quite scared now and reflecting his actions.

“what?! what friend?!”

“its welsey sir.” Wesley now had an awkward expression with him

“damn it! Just why did you include this jerk into your team then rod?!”

“i really needed an archaeologist or an expert at reading ancient stuff, what can i do since hes the only one i know since project atlantis.”

“hahh.. fine.. then how do you now explain the whole situation?”

“this might last for some time unless if those treasures would be somehow returned back to its place, though i don’t also think that that was all.”

“hahh.. what else would you think then might have influenced this?”

“i don’t know. But i think that warning the people was a good idea. It might have something to do with people always disturbing the natural forces that has been left along for thousands of years.”

“now that it has been disturbed, they would wreck havoc to the land?”

“no. Now that it has been disturbed, it will be like that for some time.”

“so it cant be stopped?!”

“i don’t know sir, there are always things that cant be explained.”

“alright then. As the president of the Philippines and since your company is a Filipino company, i declare Wesley to never enter that company or any other company.”

“well i might need his stup—ehem.. his bravery in the future.” rod

“you were about to say stupidity right?”

“is this true rod? That you will need him in the future?”

“yes. And by training him, he will someday become a leader.”

“wow rod, thats your opinion of me?” Wesley

“no. For now, i think that your too explosive to even set foot on any mission with my team so for any mission, you will thus be grounded inside the company doing paperwork.”

“what?!” Wesley

“until another mission that would include me in it will arise again.”

“you know, i only retired from work because of paperwork, now that i get to go in an adventure with you, you will still let me do paperwork. What the—“

“then how would you like to repay what you did for disturbing the unexplainable forces in this world? Those entities there might have also been protecting that treasure.”

From then on, Wesley was very quiet and reflecting on his actions.

“even still rod, as the president of the Philippines, i order you to bring him back to Australia right now. Even the Australian president is upset with him.”

“hmm.. alright then.. i will get him back to Australia as soon as possible.”

“thank you. The other presidents are really thankful of what you did today rod. And for that, the US president is offering you an expert in archaeology for free.”

“no, i think that there is no need for that. “

“why?”

“since when i will get back, i will have my wives with me in an adventure instead.”

“what? why would you do that?”

“because i miss them and since the world would still need rod mason for some impossible jobs, i would need all the help that i could get.”

“then who will manage your company then?”

“i can take care of that.” Rod said smiling

*ring*

“hello mayor”

“hello rod. You have certainly made a mess over there.”

“its not me actually, its my friend here. Anyways, can you prepare a small boat for us?”

“why?”

“because I need it to carry the injured.”

“so there were casualties with the last mission am I right?”

“yes and no. either way, I would need a boat right now.”

“where are you now rod?”

“in the skies of the city just about to land on water.”

“okay then rod, I will be there”

“thank you mayor.”

The mayor then drops the phone to call the pier for a small tug boat to go to the origami

There in the port they the saw the origami land in the distance in the water. Rod used the emergency exit doors at one side to gather all the assault team to a lifeboat so that they can be collected by the crew of the tug boat. Rod was also in his armor so that he can deliver the lifeboat to the tug boat, hovering over the water.

“what happened here rod?” one of the crew asked

“the contents of what happened is classified, but I can tell you guys that they all need a hospital right away.”

“got it”

“there should be ambulances coming here in a few minutes maybe. Have them get to the ambulances right away.”

“sure thing.”

“you did another dangerous mission again didn’t you?”

Wesley then came along with the other lifeboat which he heard the conversation.

“yes, I did. But this time, its safe now.”

“how sure can that be rod?”

“I don’t know. But I hope it would now be.”

“you know, the media is really gathering in your company looking for answers for all the stunts that you did.”

“yes, I know. I just got a call from my wives saying so which is also why were closing the company for now.”

“what? Then how will—“

“we will manage somehow. But for now, they come first.”

“okay rod. Your really a hero rod.”

“no. im just a human saving what I could.”

“cause its your job now right?”

“yes.”

“being with the rescue team is really that hard huh.”

“if you want, you can just join us for the cause.”

“really? How much is the pay then?”

“twice on what your being paid right now.”

“twice huh. We gotta think about that.”

The other crew also nodded to that sentiment as they also thought of wanting to help rod, as a fellow person in the city.

“I have got to go now. There is still one more lifeboat to collect.” Rod then hovers back towards the origami

The last few of the injured were then loaded into the lifeboat and delivered to the tug boat before the origami submerged into the water so that it can dock into port Sistine. Rod and Wesley then rides the tug boat towards port where the media just came in. rod just sighs at what he would face when he gets to the pier.

“rod mason, what are your comments with your latest stunt?”

“nothing, except that any person should never even dare to try what we did.”

“what if there would be others?”

“other what?”

“others who will venture to those places again who needs rescuing—“

“you all saw what I just delivered right? There is definitely no way that we can rescue anymore stupid people who would like to venture to those places.”

“what if there really are others that would go there?”

“if they want, they can always try. There is definitely nothing to stop you. My message, you have been warned by the video that we posted online.”

“don’t you feel—“

“responsible? Sad? Some sort of guilt? Definitely no. it was my responsibility to warn others of the dangers that you will face and that is what I did. Now its their turn to face the facts if they want to or not.” Rod said with a serious face

“why are you so cold—“

“this is not being cold, this is facing facts. Rescue work is never easy to begin with.”

“but what you did over the atlantic, wasn’t your jo—“

“it was one of our requests to just survey the atlantic. It was never a stunt to get anyones attention.”

“request? Can you tell us more about it?”

“we receive requests all over the world if possible and we would respond to those requests to whatever we can do.”

“does that include terrorists?”

“no. we rescue lives not fight terrorists.”

“I hear that some museums all over the world have been closed down and rumor has it that it had something—“

“yes, it had something to do with my latest adventure. Although the contents is classified, this is what I could really say to the public. So not disturb nature with your own stupidity.”

“what?! What really did happen out there rod?”

“all I could say is that we received a request for rescue and we just respond to it. And we also came to warn people never to just casually disturb nature by your own whim.”

“to what end would you do all this rod? How about your company?”

“we can handle ourselves. Though it is my responsibility to respond to the request which is why I did this, nothing more. If you want more answers, go to the government.”

Rod then jumped over the pier so that he could hover to the water and into the air where Wesley was just waiting for him all this time. All this time, Wesley didn’t say anything even when they reached a local internet shop to drop off Wesley. It was a good afternoon with good weather that time.

“this is the end of the line for you now my friend.”

“after all that I have done, you still call me your friend?”

“yes. We have been in that adventure together right?”

“yeah. Only to mess things up along the way.”

“you didn’t know that, though it would have also been a human primary instinct to actually run away.” Rod said with a gesture

“you know, you piss me off sometimes. Although it might really just because I misunderstood you.”

“I get that a lot. So would you give me the armor now?”

“sure. Let me just change in a dark corner.”

Wesley then changed back into his adventure attire which he got from his sling bag and handed over all of the armor.

“here is your salary for the couple of missions by the way.” Rod then handed down an envelope

“what?! Even though I messed up the mission?”

“if it was messed up, there wouldn’t be anyone that got back safely. Now take the money and go back home.”

“thank you so much rod.”

“you were still employed to me before you were forcefully fired from my company.”

“what you said back there, was it true?”

“yes. I intended for you to take my place as captain of the origami for future rescue missions which was why I intended to train you further.”

“train me? Was that even called training in the first place?”

“yes. It was actual training for future rescue missions. Anyways, you have done well enough for a rookie.”

Wesley then sighed out of disappointment to himself

“you know, I will never forget my adventures with you rod mason.”

“yes, I really appreciate your help.”

After that, rod flew back towards the main company building where the media just caught up with him. good thing that there was a roof garden entrance so that he can go into the main building and go down towards port Sistine. There was literally no one inside the building since he ordered the entire company to close down for a couple of days.

“whats the status of the origami?” rod said as he was walking towards the origami.

“about 70% of it was damaged during the 2 storms from our last missions sir.”

“so there is literally a lot of work to do huh.”

“yes sir.”

“sir, here is the list of all our supplies.”

Rod then checks on the list “hmm.. good. Im just glad that we lasted throughout the whole mission.”

“sir, status reports on the world, there seems to be a bit of a flux in the earths gravity and weather.”

“let me see.” Rod then grabs the tablet

“hmm..” he checked the weather patterns and it was as what he expected “just as I feared, the distortions are a part of this world. too much disturbance in it will cause something.”

Rod then hands over the tablet back to the team member

“this is probably a weather phenomenon unlike we have ever encountered sir.”

“yes, it would seem like it. Though the government is now working hard to cover up everything else.”

“shouldn’t we just tell them sir about all the details of the adventure? So that their curiosity will be satisfied?”

“no. that is just enough for now. With just the right enough of fear, people will literally stay off those places.”

“but didn’t we also include footage of the treasures inside those places?”

“partial footage. So that only fools would dare try to ever go inside those places.”

“but why—“

“ignorance is bliss people. The more ignorant a person is, the more blissful they become until they can taste the outcome for their ignorance.”

“sir, your going dark again.”

“yes, probably. This is what really happens when you keep too much secrets people, it corrupts your personality for a bit. Anyways, as you are all employed in my company, I will have you all keep those secrets as well. You all know the consequences when those secrets are revealed right?”

“y-yes sir. we understand.”

“not only our families but also other people would get hurt in the process.”

“good.”

“then why write the book in the first place sir?”

“you already heard my explanation on the ship right? I don’t want to repeat it in here.”

“yes sir.”

“good. I will leave you all now so that I can distract the media into following me.”

“yes sir.”

Rod then goes inside the origami where he took off his armor and sighs, leaving it in there. then he goes outside the building where all the media was waiting in hopes for him to come out of the building. Rod goes through the media from their harsh comments and questions where he finally got out.

“oh and one last thing, I leave no man behind which is why there are so many casualties in the group. Please do remember that rescue work isn’t just fun and games.”

After that, rod then ran away from the crowd where he hailed a local motorcycle and run off back to his home where all the girls were waiting.

Just arrived in his house, rod then hurried to the doors where he rang the bell.

“please leave us along now!”

“girls, its me.. rod.”

Sheryl then opened the door and found rod a bit sweating from his running session earlier

“rod!” she then jumps at rod and hugs him tight.

“come on Sheryl, lets get inside before they come here.”

They then came inside and locked the doors getting ready for the media to arrive at their doorstep.

“girls, im back!” rod then shouted at the living room

The girls heard it and rushed towards rod where they also jumped at him and hugged

“did you all get the video of my adventures?”

“yes rod. Comments about your adventures are all over the internet now.” Stacey

“did you bring any souvenirs?” kaori

“nope. Work was hard so it was very hard to bring in souvenirs. But i did buy some keychains from the cairo museum for each of you.”

Rod then got the souvenirs which were inside his sling bag

“how boring.” Kaori pouted

“haha. It cant be helped kaori, thats all that our husband could carry with him at this time.” Yukiko

“well im just glad thats over. They can just comment all they want about your work.” Maria

“you were all watching the news aren’t you?”

“and social media sites too.” Flores

“about that, there is actually a fan site about me.”

“what?!” the girls were surprised

Rod then gave the address of the site where they saw quite a lot of comments coming in from all around the globe.

“its a blog site dear. So whats in it actually?” Stacey

“it mostly discusses about my adventures around the globe. It even has updated videos as well.”

“a-anyways, can you tell us all about your adventures now? I was worried sick you know.” Sheryl

Rod then hugs Sheryl and strokes her head. “don’t worry Sheryl, i always keep my promises.”

“no fair Sheryl..” flores

“yeah.. we have also been eager waiting for him.” Maria

“don’t worry girls, you will all get a piece of me after hearing my story.”

“aww..” the other girls looked a bit sad, though they were glad that rod had come back.

Rod then told them all the details of his adventures with Wesley in the living room.

“damn that Wesley.” Flores

“if only he had behaved.” Kaori

“it wasn’t only just that kaori. Maybe due to people always disturbing the natural order than we already have that—“

“those natural phenomenon occurred.” Rod and Stacey said

“of course! Thus the natural order will shift towards.. umm” Stacey

“you don’t have to think that hard Stacey. There are always some things in this world that cant be explained through conventional means.”

“b-but there has to bean explanation or else i wont be able to rest easy with this.” Stacey

“sometimes, a good leader also knows when to retreat Stacey.” Yukiko said and rod nodded

“hahh.. fine.” Stacey said pouting

“i have read your book rod. So this means that the other memories are also real?” kaori

“we wont know for sure since the spirits also tricks humans sometimes.” Yukiko

“and if we also pry this with the government, there will—“ flores

“yes. There will be a mess. And i also dont want you girls to pry on it as well for your own safety.”

“okay then rod. We wont. But promise us—“

“nope, i cant promise anything anymore than i already have. “

“huh?!” the girls said

“With way things turn out and with Wesley not being able to help with me, i would now have all of you to accompany me in my adventures.”

“what about the company rod? Who will run it if your not there?” Sheryl

“the company can always wait. Though i would now also seldom accept requests for me to go with as well on those missions. So you can rest assured with that.”

“whew..” the girls were relieved

“if thats the case, then we may be able to help.” Stacey

“but what about the babies?” maria

“we will also bring them along with us if thats the case.” Flores

“yes. That is what i had in mind.”

“are you insane also bringing the babies along with us?!” Sheryl

“no. But at least they can be safer with us than leaving them with a nanny.” Rod

“o-oh.. i forgot about your past.” Sheryl said being frustrated on what to do

“don’t worry. I will only seldom accept requests with me in it since from now on, the team will handle it by themselves.”

“i see.” Flores

“and what happened to all of team assault then rod?” kaori

“they are all safe. Since before we landed, i called all the local ambulances to help with carrying injured persons to our hospital. They all have the same case as the others now.”

“i see. This will take a long time for them to recover from which was why you had the whole company closed for 4 days.” Stacey

“yes and no. I only had the company closed so that i can enjoy my time back with you girls.” Rod said smiling

“aww rod..” the girls said

“t-though we cant also have that. How about making it just 2days?” Stacey

“you still cant just sit tight right Stacey?” yukiko said with the girls agreeing

“haha. Of course we can, but what about the media? They would be the hardest to shake off.”

“and we cant just closed for a long period of time which is why you decided it to be for four days only right?” Sheryl

“yes. “

“though that might be true, we still have to continue with project exodus and transporting of satellites into orbit.” Maria

“We could do that, but are all our employees willing to go with us on that length?”

“i don’t know. But maybe..” Sheryl

“just don’t think of that too much Sheryl. Right now, we must all rest.” Yukiko

“anyways, you got an offer for a talk show within 2 days from now. Are you up for it?” maria

“which TV station is that from?”

“from international news channel.” Maria

“hmm.. i might think about it, since im quite free for now.”

“really? They might bash you with more questions about you book you know.” sheryl

"im so very worried about what they might say. How about you will accompany me to the interview?" stacey

"no.. Me!" flores

"who do you think manages all of the company when hes away?" sheryl

"who do you think knows every mission detail hes at?" flores

"who do you think knows more of the details than you?" stacey

"who doyou think can support him better?" yukiko

"who do you think was able to memorize every detail of every mission hes at?" maria

"umm.. I dont quite know what they would say in there so i will pass." kaori

"who do you think should go with you?!" sheryl

The girls were now standing and competing at each other again leaving rod without anything to say.

"so rod.. Who do you think should go?" stacey was now irritatingly smiling at rod

The girls then closed in on rod who knows what would happen if he says the wrong thing in this battlefield.

“u-umm.. i don’t think that i can choose from either one of you.” Rod

“what?!” the girls said

“flores, you are brave as you are exotic. Stacey, you are smart as you are cute. Maria, you are sharp as you help me with every little detail with my work, and also cute. Yukiko, you are wise as you are beautiful. Sheryl, you are dependable as you are pretty. And kaori, you are pure as you are also smart. Of course i just cant choose from this kind of line up.” rod said smiling as he examined every one of them

“rod.. so you think like that about all of us.” Flores

“t-this isn’t settling things you know so i demand a challenge!” Sheryl said blushing

All of the girls nodded except for kaori who was still sitting while blushing in the corner. From that moment, rod knew what would happen now that a challenge has flared on.

“how about a cooking match then? The most delicious dish that rod would rate would go with him!” yukiko

“fair enough.” The girls was then determined to win as they take turns in the kitchen.

“u-um.. i will just be upstairs..” rod was then about to tip toe towards the stairs

“no you don’t! Sit there and wait as i will make you the most delicious dish!” yukiko

“don’t you dare run away from this.” Sheryl

“yes maam!” rod just stayed in the couch as the girls are all fired up for the challenge.

There, kaori just sat at the corner while rod sat in the cough, both of them watching TV. Rod then though that he also missed moments like this at his home when he was out on missions, just eating rations of food and sleeping all by himself in the origami. Though his relationship setting is kinda messy, he doesn’t mind it at all as he loves each one of them for who they are and he smiled at the thought.

After a few hours, the hellish dinner challenge was set with rod as the only judge.

“u-umm.. all this is too much for –“

“shut up and eat!” maria

“this time, i will win.” Flores

“a-alright then.” Gulp. “thank you for the food.” Rod then braced himself as he will taste about 5 full big dishes.

“u-um.. if its too much for you, i can finish it all up.” kaori decided to help rod in his predicament

“o-okay—“

“this is a challenge kaori. It would be meaningless if he doesn’t choose the best one and eats all of it.” Stacey said with serious face

“o-okay!” kaori just sat back to her chair staring at the challenge

Again, rod could just gulp at the dishes for the most hardest challenge ever. As he couldn’t also decide which dish he would try first, he just randomly picks from the 5 dishes and eats it.

“well?” Sheryl said with the girls waiting in anticipation

“u-um.. its all very delicious.” Rod said as he was very full from all that he could eat.

“what?!” the girls shouted

“this isn’t over yet!” Stacey

“thats right! i challenge you all now to a sexy battle!” yukiko

“huh?!” Sheryl

“who ever catches the heart of rod in their sexiest wins huh. Bring it on!” maria

Again, rod could only gulp at what would happen next as the girls now pulled him upstairs.

“wait here!” sheryl

“we will be back shortly.” Maria said as they were all giggling

“hahh.. just how did it turn out this way..” he sighed after the door was shut

Rod was also a bit tired at the time so he just took off his tshirt and slept. Then after a while, rod suddenly woke up at a scene where Stacey was undressing him as they were all in their underwear.

“whoa! Time out! Didnt you grils say on who would be the most sexiest?”

She then giggles “we changed it to who ever makes you go first.”

“u-um.. i still think that we shouldn’t fight like th—“ kaori

“shut up kaori, your also a woman like us so your included in the competition!” Sheryl

Kaori was standing right at the middle all blushing.

“why are you still blushing when your already his wife?” Stacey then stares at kaori

“w-we should consider the time and o-occasion for it, thats what i think!” kaori

“this is the perfect occasion for it. Also, its high time that we also get for another one.” Flores said as she stares at rod smiling

“o-oh, i remembered once about asking for another one..” rod said as he just smiled, unable to do anything with the situation

“surrender yourself now to us rod.. this time, its our turn to rule.” Stacey said as she continues undressing him

As they were all in their underwear now, he couldn’t resist the urge as it has been a while since the last time he did it with the girls. Then by the time Stacey got his underwear off, his sword was already strong.

“ahh!! Whatever! I will totally fulfil your desires my queens!” rod then kneeled and hugged Stacey

Rod was then signalling the other girls to come with his game face on and they continued it all night long.

The next morning, rod woke up first to the morning sunshine as it was now 9am in the morning. He saw the girls all sleeping soundly around him in their underwear as he got up and gone towards the babies room where they were all sleeping soundly. Rod smiles upon the sight of all 6 babies cuddling over each other as they all sleep.

“isn’t it a beautiful sigh rod?” maria then snuck up behind him

“y-yes it is. As they are our future.”

“you know, i always wake up every morning to watch the babies as they all sleep soundly.”

Rod just smiles as maria leans on his shoulders watching the babies all together.
