It was also a lovely Sunday morning in their store which was located right in front of a school which was closed because its Sunday. And as they are half Chinese, it is always the Chinese way to have their houses at the top or beside or near their stores.

His mom was a bit fat and on the small side which is always wearing home clothes since the temperatures are always hot.

"yeah. im just glad that dutuer is our president. Though even he would have a hard time tracking down all the drug lords in the country.” Jason said as he was also watching the news while wearing sleeveless and jeans

“after all, our country is a large place.” Jericho wild, his dad said

His dad was as tall as him and with a little beard which is also wearing sleeve less and shorts.

“by the way Jason, have you heard voices again lately?” Jaime

“no mom. Not anymore.” Jason

“please do tell us if you hear them again so that we can get you to your doctor again.” Jaime

“yes mom, I will.” Jason

“anyways, all his hospital tests are alright ever since our visit to him, so he might be alright now.” Jericho

“maybe your right hon. Even his brain scans said that hes okay.” Jaime

“see? Im just alright right?” Jason

“okay then, we will believe you on this. So don’t think about them anymore alright?” Jericho

“that right. It might trigger another psychological something in your mind. Its all because you just had to go in your first summer getaway in calangaman islands. Who knows that they could have done to you in that situation.” Jaime

“yes mom, I know and I also regret it partly.” Jason

“you should regret it. This is what happens when you go with someone.” Jaime

“that’s enough hon. We also didn’t know that what could have happened to him during that trip. But whats important is that hes safe. Anyways, he can always succeed me with this store when we retire.” Jericho

“yes dad, I know. I have already heard that many times. Anyways, are we going to church today?” Jason

“of course! As always, every Sundays.” Jericho then peeked at the kitchen. “maybe after when your mom finishes with making lunch. Almost there.” he then saw the clock which was now still 11:00am.

“alright then. I will just change the channel.” With that, Jason changed the channel to international news.

“we bring you live in London where a terrorist bombing took place right here in the stadium where Stacey jones was making a concert. And during the stampede, many had also died and many injured as the terrorist made his way towards inside the stadium also killing many people.”

He then turned towards the science channel.

“what was that for Jason? we were watching that.” Jericho

“sorry. But its always the same news right?” Jason said with a gesture

“even still it’s the same kind of news, it’s a major event that has happened in London so far. You should also learn to watch all kinds of news more often.” Jericho

“hahh. Fine.”

Then on TV, on the science channel, it was also stating about history. “the 9-11 terrorist bombing. The worst terrorist bombing in the history of the US—“

He then changed the channel to any other news.

“hmm.. I would think that it was an inside job. To think that the super secure, America, would have a security breach where terrorists was able to claim hundreds of lives.” Jason

“yes. that incident was a tragedy.” Jericho

By this time, Jaime was also about to prepare for lunch

“we bring you live from bulacan where there was another drug buy bust—“

Jason then looks at the time to be now 11:30am

“dad, its time to go now.” Jason

“hm?” Jericho then looks at the clock “oh yeah, your right.”

After that, they then closed the store so that they could go to church. while they were in the church, they noticed some power interruptions from the mic and from the screens though that didn’t also stop the mass from going on. Then they go to a local mall where they were buying some groceries on the way but then, they noticed once more of the power interruptions all over the place until it got dark inside for a few minutes. It was also then that Jason saw the figures of the gods right behind some people before the lights went back.

“I guess its time huh.” Jason

“what are you saying?” Jericho

“nothing dad. Lets go now so that we can finish this.” Jason said going ahead of them

After a while, they were able to arrive back to their house so that they can arrange their groceries and rest for the day.

Then at night at 9pm, Jason stood at their empty rooftop with a cover in it to protect from the rain.

“if it is time, then I might be able to summon electron over. Might as well try. But how will I ever summon it?” Jason said as he was thinking while standing

Then he thought back to his lessons with hephestus, that he would need materials to make the electron. So he stood at the edge of the rooftop towards the road where he holds his hand towards the road and concentrates on calling the electron. And he then saw parts of the road slowly breaking up and floating towards him at the rooftop. He stepped back so that the sword can also form itself from all the debris from the road.

“whoa.. I guess that dream was really true, though I wonder what I could do.” Jason said as he grips the large sword tightly as well as with the scabbard

He then wears the sling scabbard and tested his strength by punching the wall hard. Though the wall didn’t break, the sound from his punch vibrated throughout the entire building.

After a few minutes of massaging his fist, he heard his mom call out.

“whats wrong there? and who is there?”

“mom, its alright. Its nothing.”

“was that really nothing?”

“yes. I just tried if I could still remember my karate.”

“why practice now at night? You should just wake up early in the morning and practice.”

He then hears footsteps coming upstairs

“mom, it will be over soon. Don’t worry about it.”

“really? Are you really sure?” the footsteps then stopped

“yes mom. Im sure. I will also be taking a quick bath after this so don’t worry.”

“alright then. If you say so.”

He then hears footsteps again and this time, the sound slowly getting lower

“whew. Almost got caught there. now then, lets test my legs. Though I might also need a way to get out of here so that I can do this.”

As he saw his neighbors house where it was a bit low and a bit far apart from their house, he then thought of jumping out.

“I hope this works. If not, it would really suck.”

He then points himself towards the lower tip of the roof where it was more stable and after some time of breathing, he jumped off. In slow motion, he was now flying towards the lower tip of the roof where he made it and jumped again towards the road.

“wow.. that was awesome and dangerous. Anyways, I might need a mask for this.”

he pointed his hand towards the ground again into the road and was slowly able to make a mask out of small debris.

“now we are ready.”

He now stands on the road at night with just some shorts, a sleeveless shirt, a large sword on his back, and a mask.
