Part 2: An Offer they can't Refuse

From what Grant had planned, he knew it was connected to the Mohawks Gang and since they were coming in an hour, it gave him time to plan. He opened to the others about his plan and immediately they went to work as time went by so quickly and so was the group completing whatever plan Grant had.

The timer reached zero and a vehicle, similar to the one that the wannabe italian gangsters used, arrived outside the hideout and immediately Grant dashed out to greet them although they were trying to appear intimidating.

Grant welcomed them inside and immediately, the gangsters wanted to discuss about taking Liam and Herald but Grant had said "Calm yourselves my friends, we'll get to that but first..." Grant sat down as he wanted it to look serious "I wish to know about the 'services' that you are offering because unless you have the skill that we require, we shall not allow Mr. Geminus and Mr. Leo over here to go along with you."

The gangsters whisper among another in Italian before one of them nodded their heads at the other and begun speaking, saying "It depends on what service you wish for us to execute as we offer assassination services, weapons supply services or even the Nardwuar service that we do, remember that guy? Such a nice bloke..."

Grant scratched his chin, similarly to the scene in the Godfather, and he began to speak, "Its an interesting line of service you have there, I must admit... But if you do not mind me asking; What do you require my brother and Mr. Leo over here for?"

The brute like gangster slammed the table and stood up, saying "Like hell we'll tell you!"

Grant leaned back and said "It seems you forget what the sayings about family." And Grant said the saying in Italian, which impressed the gangsters "La famiglia è la patria del cuore."

The gangsters look upon each other and in Italian, they were agreeing on what Grant was saying and the one in the middle said "Spoken like a true brother Mr. Geminus, forgive our rudeness... You see, many of our supplies had been stolen by the Mohawks and we desperately need them back."

"Let me guess, these supplies are more regarding food supplies rather than actual weapon supplies or even ammo supplies." Said Grant, easily conducting that from looking at the Gangsters eyes.

The gangster lightly chuckles and remarks "You read us incredibly well Mr. Geminus... So, do we have a deal?" The gangster offered Grant their hand to shake.

Grant looked at Liam and the others and shook their hand, saying "Very well... In exchange, I wish to ask that you take our friend Yuri as well and also help find information about a certain PM named Pelias." Yuri was puzzled as to why Grant suggested him to go alongside Liam and Herald.

"The deal is set. We will have our man look into this Pelias fellow..." said the Gangster as they stood up. "You will have my word that you'll get your information in less than..." he looked at his watch and concluded "5 hours."

Grant took out a timer and said "I'll be waiting then."

Yuri, Liam and Herald all went inside the gangster vehicles but not before Grant wished them luck. Liam said "I really hope you know what you're doing..."

Grant responded "I do... Good luck..."

The three nodded their heads and entered the vehicle. Grant and Jason watched as they drove off with Jason asking "Do you think they'll keep their word?"

Grant answered "Its likely possible that they fail but... I have hopes... and evidence..." Grant points at something that was on the vehicle.
