1 - Mysterious One

On the rooftop of Toudou High, a very well known school that many families from the Yagiza district attend, a group of six students enter inside, giggling amongst each other except for one.

Since the students were attending their morning classes, the rooftop was free for them to goof off. Entering the roof, one of the male students, Charao, says, "Let's bunk off here until school's out."

With the majority of them agreeing to the students' idea. He walks up to the girl who appeared to not pay attention and placed their arm on their shoulder and ask them, "Say, why don't you sit next to me-"

But before he could finish his sentence, the student pulled his arm tightly, causing him to take his arm off their shoulders. Charao takes a few steps back while their friends giggle, being amused by this. 

"Classic Amano, always like the ice princess." Said Charao.

Mary Amano, age 18. She is known to be the younger sister of Tatsuya Amano who is the police chief of the Yagiza Police Department. Although many of her family comes from the other districts Iteza, Mizugameza and Uoza, she and her brother remain loyal to the districts of Yagiza and chooses to attend Toudou High. At the school, she is seen as a beautiful but not popular amongst the students.

One of Mary's friends, Yuno tells Charao, "Well what do you expect?"

Charao answers, "I was hoping I could get my chance with her."

Yuno and her gal friends laughs. Yuno says, "As if! Someone like you is nowhere near the speaking range with Mary. Might as well give up." Yuno's friends hand her and the others a cigarette. "Anyway, enough chat, let's have a smoke."

Charao takes the cigarette and lights it. He smokes the cigarette and exhales it. He looks in Mary's direction and walks up to her. Furthermore, he hovers a cigarette in front of her and asks her, "Care to smoke with us."

Mary responds by pushing the cigarette away.

One of the gal students walk closer to the edge of the rooftop which is fortified by huge grids while peacefully enjoying her cigarette. She suddenly experienced a chill running through her spine, like there was something or rather someone with a disturbing aura visible. She turned around and let out a sudden scream.

Everyone, even Mary, jumped from her scream, and they looked in her direction. She later calmed down, since what she was screaming about was the unexpected sight of another student in the rooftop, sitting on the bench.

The student appeared very tired, with black circles partially visible and his posture seeming as if he was bored.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" She said, annoyed at the male student, "You scared the living crap out of me!"

The student responds, "My bad..." in a very monotone manner, before he looked away from the gal student.

The gal student asks, "That's all?!" She then walks into the student's view and asks, "Wait a sec, aren't you the new kid?"

"Yes..." answered the student in a very blunt manner.

The gal student looked in her friends and Yuno's direction, and they began smirking. She sat beside the new student and asked, "What's your name, if you don't mind me asking?" While he played with her hair, appearing to toy with him.

Already aware of what she was trying to do, he answered, "Nunya."

The gal student began to giggle, but she covered her lips with her hand, as if she was trying to hold in her laughter. She later calmed down and said, "That's a nice name. My name is--" 

Suddenly, an alarm went off. Yuno and the students looked in the direction of the city and saw a giant orb hovering above.

"Crap!" Said Charao, "We got to get out of here!"

Charao, Yuno, Mary and the gal students left the rooftop building, but Mary stopped as she saw 'Nunya' not moving from his seat.

And therefore, she ran back for him as she said to him "What the hell are you doing, we have to get out of here!"

'Nunya' answers, "You go on ahead, I'll catch up..."

Yuno ran back upstairs and seeing Mary, she shouted "Mary! We have to get out of here, come on!" And with no other choice, Mary left the rooftop with Yuno, leaving 'Nunya' by himself.

The blue sky slowly began to transition to a yellow - greenish tone, and it suddenly became windy, with the black orb in the sky materialising into what appeared a human.

It splurged out some words in an odd language and when it stops speaking, long veins explode out from its back and slowly forms into legs that were long and thin, like a spider. The arms and legs transform into claws that are detachable.

At the school's gymnasium, all the students and teachers gather around. The students chatter amongst one another, worried about whether they'll survive.

The head teacher goes up to the stage and grabs the attention of the students.

She says to them, "Attention all students! Please calm down! We have just conducted a head count and thankfully all students are accountable of. We will now be entering the bunker down below while we allow the guardians to deal with the threat."

Hearing this, the students began to sigh with relief.

Mary was visible in the gymnasium where she sat in the back, and her mind was elsewhere. The signal for the students to be sent underneath has been lit and therefore, shutters began to lock the students in the gymnasium while the school itself is encased in a giant dome.

The gymnasium sinks beneath the school while it is on route to come into contact with other bunkers that are from the same and other districts.

Outside the dome, 'Nunya' is seen sitting down at the park, on a bench, doing nothing. He comes across two other students, who are wearing the same school uniform, who are running the direction of that enigmatic monster, although he showed no signs of emotions to the whole situation.

In the city, the two Toudou students, Naoya and Luna confront the demon beast that are called Enigma

Naoya and Luna Kami and both the children of the legendary spiritual warrior, Yu Kami, who has been involved in protecting the islands for four decades. Like their father, Naoya and Luna possess powerful weapons, built by their father as they too follow his legacy of protecting the districts, with Naoya possessing the moon staff and Luna possessing the sun cannon.

The Enigma spots Naoya and Luna and begins attacking in their direction while it murmurs "Storm!" 

"Look out!" Shouted Naoya.

Naoya and Luna get out of the way, dodging the Enigma's attack. Naoya summons his moon staff and begins attacking the Enigma aggressively, while Luna summons her cannon and provides support to her brother behind cover.

Meanwhile, Mary had escaped the school before the lockdown.
