On the island Iza which is home to the spiritual warriors Yu Kami and his two eldest children, Luna Kami and Naoya, the youngest Kami, Takehaya, whom also goes by Zukafu, is currently living his life as a normal student at Toudou Academy. Yu Kami is known as the bearer of lightning while the eldest daughter, Luna is the Sun Warrior and the eldest son, Naoya as the moon warrior but for Zukafu, he possesses different elements that were gifted to him at birth and naming him, the Storm Warrior.

On the other side, there is a school girl named Mary Amano and she is the one who decides to take on the task of being Takehaya's fiance for her personal reasons. And along the way, the two begin to grow some sort of bond and come to grow naturally as lovers.

For decades, the island has thrived with its technology but during those years, there have been attacks and raids by unknown species that people call Enigma's and it lies on the Kami's and other spirit warriors to take them down.
