How can this be? Why is she humanoid? It is different from the novel. What caused it this time?

Wait, the events are happening a second time, dices have been rolled again and different numbers faced up. Did the moonshades plant a more potent artifact? Did she kill one of the moonshades and eat their corpse? Is she also a reincarnation? 

Whatever she may truly be, Mustafa just hit her with a pretty hefty sized rock, causing her to fall from her perch.

Yeah i missed him at first glance too. 

I came back to my senses and threw Tiechie out of my bag and tossed a pouch at her before rushing at the Arachnid. My right leg got stuck at an invisible string of spider silk and she pulled her arm back which in turn pulled my leg back. Causing me to collapse. 

But she then was abruptly tackled by Kemal, who immediately bit into the side of her abdomen and grappled her. With grappling I mean just holding one of her arms and clinging to her waist, grappling always becomes awkward when an uncomfortable amount of limbs are involved.

I pulled a mace from my bag as I scrambled to my feet. Just in time to see Mustafa charge at the scary lady. Just like me he was stopped by spider strings but unlike me he was hit with a ball of spider webs, restraining the big bad wolf. She would obviously put much more effort into detaining the bigger threat. 

Kaan jumped on her back and also bit down like his older brother did. As Kaan wrapped his arms around her upper arms I went on the charge again and this time actually hit her on the right front leg. She did not like that. 

For such a pretty lady, she is surprisingly good at single hand choke holds. Her remaining lower left hand grasped around my throat and she raised it as if to declare a toast. i know that being choked by a hot woman is up there in many fetishes, but feeling your throat being crushed kinda makes it very painful. 

She glanced behind me and then dropped me to the ground. I looked up to see her catch Vraires spear right behind the spearhead. 

Of course, all she needed were opposable thumbs. However, her hands are full.

I scrambled towards Mustafas direction, if he is freed from the web we could easily overwhelm her. I was pushed to the ground by what felt being stabbed by a metal rod. 

Deep breaths, what is the situation? Mustafe is restrained, Kaan has the upper arms, Kemal has the lower right arm and she is currently fighting off Vraire with her remaining arm.  

"Vraire! Drop the spear and grapple her!"

He froze for a moment, hesitating to disarm himself and hesitating to go hand to hand with the scary lady. 

"She only has one arm left, you have two!"

The clatter of wood and metal echoed from the walls as Vraire restrained her arm befoe the spear stopped moving. 

Well, it seems that we have a classic stalemate. Everyone is restrained. Wait, Tiechie.

"Tiechie!"

"Yeah?" 

"Come here and help already!"

"I can't!"

"What?"

I looked over to her and she seems to be stuck in invisible threads as well. 

Great, just great. 

I looked back to see what she stabbed me with. A spider leg is just sticked into my back. 

She really just stepped on me? Where is my bag anyways?

i located my bag not too far away, but out of reach. 

It actually is stalemate.
