Chapter 690: The Titan

Narrator: Continuing the battle against Ronzic inside the pyramid.

Zeth gets in a battle stance.

Zeth: “Now that you’re out of the floor, let’s see what you got.”

Ronzic: “Gladly.”

Ronzic charges his magic. As his magic charges, green magic energy flows around and above his body. Small bits of black residue begin to mix in with the green for a few moments.

Zeth opens his eyes wide, and he begins shaking a bit as if he is feeling fear.

Zeth: (Speaking with minor distress) “This feeling…”

Dusk: “Zeth, what’s wrong? Why do you look scared of this guy all of a sudden?”

Zeth: (Still speaking with minor distress) “It’s faint… but I can feel energy similar to Korobu and Bennu.”

Dusk: “For real?”

Zeth: “I hope I’m wrong but I don’t want to take any chances. Let’s take this guy down!”

Ronzic merges his left arm into the wall of the room. After a moment, he retracts his arm, and now part of the wall has merged with his arm in a way like it coated his arm with paint.

Ronzic: (Speaking angrily) “You could have lived as my slave and the others here as my followers. Instead, you chose to defy me. You brought this on yourself! Now, you die!!”

Ronzic rushes forward toward the heroes. Zeth rushes forward to meet him as he forms a Star Shine Blast in his left hand. Zeth tries to punch Ronzic but Ronzic easily blocks Zeth’s punch with his wall-merged arm.

Zeth quickly uses his other hand to release the Shar Shine Blast. However, Ronzic grabs it with his left hand and merges with it, resulting in his right arm glowing like the SSB.

Zeth: (Shocked) “What the…!?”

Ronzic unleashes the energy of the SSB back at Zeth, blowing him back and damaging him. Ronzic’s arm stops glowing with the energy used up.

Dusk, Herbie, and Lavana surround Ronzic.

Ronzic: (Shouting) “Come at me, heretics! Meet your end together!”

Herbie lunges forward to attack. He tries to punch Ronzic but Ronzic blocks with his wall-merged arm. Herbie tries to release the monstrous plant from underneath the cap on his head but Ronzic kicks him back to stop it.

Ronzic is then immediately hit by a blast of lava, damaging him more. Lavana releases another blast of lava as the floor below Ronzic begins to shake. Ronzic uses his right hand to merge with the lava blast and then aims it at Dusk. He quickly unleashes the lava blast at Dusk, preventing his attack. Dusk receives burning wounds.

Lavana takes the opportunity to lunge forward and punch Ronzic in the head. Her whole body is shielded by hardened lava armor, adding to the damage dealt. Ronzic turns toward her in disapproval, followed by using his wall-merged arm to punch her in the gut, which shatters the hardened lava armor there and knocks her back.

Ronzic: “None of you can match me!!”

Zeth enters Raging Star Mode

Zeth: “I haven’t even come close to showing you all that I can do.”

Zeth rushes forward and again tries to punch Ronzic, who again uses his wall-merged arm to block it. However, Zeth’s raging aura begins to tear into Ronzic’s wall-merged arm, surprising him.

Zeth grins with confidence.

Zeth: “Looks like your merged arm isn’t much help against my raging aura.”

Zeth charges a Raging Star Blast into his left hand.

Zeth: (Continuing to grin with confidence) “You won’t be merging with this unless you want your arm torn to shreds.”

Ronzic opens his eyes wider as Zeth releases the Raging Star Blast at point-blank range, creating a large blast. Zeth is slightly blown back by his own attack but he waits to see what has become of Ronzic as the smoke covers the blast area.

When the smoke clears, it is revealed that Ronzic was blown back against a wall and has considerable wounds all over.

Zeth smirks. Zeth: “Nice. You know, your power reminds me of the power that was used by the first demon I ever encountered, an imp.”

Narrator: Outside the pyramid, back when the battle against Ronzic was first starting.

Sasha faces Madeena.

Sasha: “You need to stop following Ronzic. He doesn’t care about you.”

Madeena grits her teeth as her eyes begin to tear up.

Madeena: “No!! I can’t go against him!! He is the only person who has never looked down on me!! He gives meaning to my life!!”

Sasha: (Yelling) “You have absolutely no idea what evil power that pyramid contains! Under no circumstances should it be used! Think about it, Madeena! Has Ronzic ever even told you what your role in all of this is!?”

Madeena: “I don’t care!! I want my life to have purpose!!”

Sasha: “You don’t need Ronzic for your life to have purpose!!”

While tears fall from Madeena’s eyes, she begins running toward Sasha with her fist ready.

Madeena: “It’s clear that you don’t understand me!!”

As Madeena gets close, Sasha uses her leg to easily trip Madeena. She follows that up by using her hand to push Madeena against the ground softly.

Sasha: “Please, stop this.”

Madeena: “No!!!”

Madeena rolls to get away from Sasha and then stands up to face her once more. However, Madeena’s blue eyes start glowing.

Sasha opens her eyes wide in surprise.

Sasha: “Her eyes are glowing? What does that mean?”

Madeena’s body begins to grow much larger in size.

Sasha: “What is this? What is happening to her?”

As Madeena’s body continues to grow larger and taller, her skin starts becoming blue-colored and stone-like.

Sasha looks all the way up to Madeena’s head as she continues to grow even larger and taller. Sasha becomes more shocked the larger Madeena’s body grows.

Sasha: (Completely shocked to the point of being almost speechless) “What in… the world…?”

Madeena’s transformation is now complete. She is now a 100-foot-tall blue stone titan. There is a large star-shaped indent on the titan’s forehead.

Narrator: Madeena’s Blue-Eye Power – The Titan.

Sasha: (Still in shock) “This is not something I would have on my bingo card for what the blue eyes could mean…”

Narrator: Madeena’s blue eyes allow her to turn into a massive titan! Now what must Sasha do!?
