Chapter 700: The Story of Ronzic’s Fall into Madness Part 3 — Meeting The Abyss

Narrator: The Following morning.

Laura and Biff enter the kitchen of the house. Biff yawns and then speaks.

Biff: “Hey, Laura. Did you hear some loud noises coming from the basement last night? I did fall back asleep quickly though so maybe I was hearing things.”

Laura: “No, I heard it too. Maybe Ron was doing more Blood Magic research down there.”

Biff: “If so, do you think he’s still down there?”

Laura: “I don’t know. Let’s check it out.”

The two of them walk up to the basement door and open it. They see that the basement lights are still on.

Laura: “I’m kind of nervous all of a sudden.”

Biff: “What’s there to be afraid of? Let’s go!”

Biff takes the lead and starts walking down the steps first. Laura follows behind him. As they reach the bottom of the steps and turn right to go into the basement’s main room, they open their eyes and mouth wide.

The whole room is a mess with destroyed objects throughout it. Beth’s dead body remains on the table. There is blood everywhere, including on the floor, walls, and the destroyed objects.

Laura: “What happened here!?”

Biff: “Where’s Ron!?”

They walk around, looking for Ronzic. It’s not long before they find him. He is sitting against some broken pieces of furniture near a wall. He is covered in blood. His eyes are closed but he has a grin on his face.

Biff panics.

Biff: “Oh no! Ron is dead!!”

Laura slaps Biff on his face.

Laura: “Look again, dummy. He’s just sleeping.”

Sure enough, Ronzic’s body twitches a bit, removing all doubt about whether he is alive or not.

Biff gets on his knees and uses both of his hands to grab onto Ronzic’s shoulders. He begins rapidly shaking Ronzic back and forth.

Biff: “Ron! Wake up, buddy! Tell us you’re okay!”

Laura: “Stop that, Biff! He’s probably exhausted!”

Biff stops shaking Ronzic immediately but Ronzic does open his eyes. He continues to grin. Biff gets back on his feet.

Ronzic: (Sleepy tone) “I did it… My research paid off…”

Ronzic stands up, still grinning. He fully wakes himself up and then continues speaking.

Ronzic: “I have gained new power. Allow me to demonstrate. Biff, hold out your hand.

Biff scratches his cheek while having a dumb expression on his face.

Biff: “Uh, I guess so.”

Biff holds out his right hand in front of Ronzic.

Ronzic: “Good. Now, watch this.”

Ronzic holds out his left arm, and when his hand touches Biff’s hand, Biff’s hand begins to merge into Ronzic’s hand.

Biff: “Woah…”

Ronzic moves his hand forward even more, merging more with Biff’s arm, almost like he is absorbing it.

Laura: “Isn’t this Beth’s ability? How did you gain this?”

Ronzic pulls his arm back, unmerging with Biff’s arm.

Ronzic: “I learned about it in my research. If one gains invasive magic from magic that is similar but not exactly like yours, you can gain that power. I injected big sis’s blood into myself.

Both Laura and Biff open their eyes wide.

Laura: (Speaking in a shocked tone) “You did!? That’s crazy! I was wondering why you had her body out!”

Ronzic: “Maybe it is crazy. But I will do what it takes to punish the light trash. With Blood Magic at my disposal, they will all fall soon enough.”

Narrator: With the power of Blood Magic, Ronzic and his friends would no longer hide from light divine beings and angels. They would confront them head-on. Looking at a later confrontation.

Ronzic, Laura, and Biff are surrounded by four angels and two light divine beings outside near some ruined buildings.

Male Light Divine Being: “You kids must be extremely brave or extremely stupid to provoke us like this. In war, it’s survival of the fittest.”

Ronzic begins smiling sinisterly.

Ronzic: “You’re right, it is. But it’s you six that will be learning that lesson. Not us.”

The view pans away and shows a monstrous shadow on the wall. Within seconds, the angels and light divine beings begin screaming in pain. When the view cuts back, Ronzic, Laura, and Biff are gone while the bloody corpses of the six light divine beings and angels remain.

Narrator: A few years would pass. The three of them gained a reputation for their ruthless slaughtering of light divine beings. But one day, they were confronted by someone that would change everything.

The now-teenage Ronzic, Laura, and Biff are sitting against a campfire in an alley. Someone walks into the alley and stops in front of them.

Ronzic: “Do you mind?”

The three of them look up at the person who has confronted them. The person is a man who has very long, straight black hair. His eyes are very bloodshot. He appears to be human.

Narrator: Abyss Magic User – Adot.

Adot: (Hoarse-sounding voice) “My name is Adot. I have come because I have heard so much about your reputation. I am intrigued by your powers. I want them for myself. I want them in my abyss.

Ronzic, Laura, and Biff all open their eyes wide and jump out of the way as Adot creates a cloud of abyss where they were sitting.

Adot: (Hoarse voice) “Ah, don’t do that. You could have just stayed there. It would have been quick.”

Ronzic begins to enter Blood Magic, turning his hair into blood. He launches toward Adot, who again holds out his arm and begins to form an abyss cloud in front of himself.

Ronzic goes through the abyss cloud and reaches his right arm out toward Adot’s arm and touches it. Adot’s abyss cloud begins to pull Ronzic in while he begins merging with Adot.

Ronzic: “I got you!”

Adot: (Hoarse voice) “What are you doing!?”

As a result of Ronzic’s attempted merging, both he and Adot become engulfed by the abyss cloud.

Both Laura and Biff stare at the cloud in concern and shock.

Laura: “Ron!!! Are you still there!!?”

Biff: “Don’t do this to us!!”

Soon, the abyss cloud begins to condense until it takes Ronzic’s shape. Once it finishes condensing, it dissipates, revealing Ronzic to be okay.

Laura: “What just happened?”

Ronzic looks at his hand. He begins to victoriously smile.

Ronzic: “Hmhmhm! Halhalhalhalhal!!!”

Suddenly, Adot is expelled from Ronzic’s body. When that happens, a black abyss-like aura surrounds Ronzic.

Adot: (Hoarse voice) “You bastard! I’m the one who takes others in!”

Adot holds out his arm, but this time, nothing happens. Adot is shocked.

Adot: (Hoarse voice) “Huh!?”

Ronzic: “Yes!! I have even more power!!”

Adot: “He merged with my Abyss Magic!!?”

Ronzic looks at Adot with a sinister smile.

Ronzic: “I have no more use for you. Begone.”

Ronzic forms green oval-shaped energy in his left hand and releases it at Adot.

Adot: “No!!! It can’t be!!!!”

The energy hits Adot and completely destroys him, leaving no corpse.

Ronzic: “To think that my power could increase this much!”

Narrator: Over the next many years following this event, Ronzic increased his number of followers. As his followers grew, so too did his successful attacks on light divine beings. During this continued war, humanity would finally go extinct on Planet Pylon. Once that happened, all remaining light and dark beings abandoned Heaven and Hell to live on Planet Pylon and join the war. With no Dark God or Goddess, Ronzic became the leader of all dark divine beings and demons. Eventually, Ronzic and his followers prevailed over the light side.

End of backstory.

Narrator: Present day. In the pyramid.

The heroes open their eyes wide.

Zeth: (Shocked) “You merged with the abyss!!?”

Ronzic: (Shouting) “Yes! Now, watch and be amazed as we show you our true power!!!”

Ronzic opens his arms to his left and right.

Ronzic: (Shouting) “Laura! Biff! It’s time!!”

Laura and Biff start sidestepping directly into Ronzic’s arms, beginning to merge with him. Finally, they sidestep until they fully overlap with Ronzic’s main body. He begins to enter Blood Magic.

Zeth: (Yelling) “Don’t do this!!!!”

Zeth forms a Shooting Star and launches up toward Ronzic. Just before it hits Ronzic, a pitch-black abyss-like aura forms around his entire body. The Shooting Star hits him and pushes against him, but it quickly runs out of force and dissipates, leaving Zeth shocked.

Zeth: “This is not good at all!”

Ronzic’s body looks like a silhouette and it begins to grow larger, about another 2 feet in height. It then becomes bulkier.

Kurt: “What is happening to his body!?”

Sasha: “I thought I was done with opponents who can grow in size…”

Emily: “Is all we can do just stand here and watch!?”

Joe: “Zeth’s attack did nothing…”

Dusk looks at Herbie.

Dusk: “Hey, planty boy. Do you have any more tricks up your sleeve?”

Herbie: “I may have one…”

Soon, the aura dissipates, revealing Ronzic’s body. His body is abyss-black in color. His body proportions are somewhat inconsistent, making him no longer symmetrical. This includes the placement of his eyes, nose, ears, and mouth not being perfectly aligned. Even more bizarre is that Laura’s face is sticking out from his right shoulder and Biff’s face is sticking out from his left shoulder. There is only a few words one can use to describe this… Mutant. Abomination. Freak.

Narrator: Mutant. Abomination. Freak. – Stage 2 Blood Form Ronzic

Ronzic speaks with a little bit of a monstrous tone behind his main voice.

Ronzic: “Now, that we are merged, none of you stand a chance against us.”

Narrator: Ronzic, Laura, and Biff have become one combined mutant!! The heroes must strike him down!!
