"Mary! Mary!" Shouted Takehaya as he chased after her but the Slime Enigma fled before Takehaya could even save her. And as the Enigma disappeared, he was filled with immense anger and paranoia for whatever may happen to Mary.

"Mary!" Screamed Takehaya to the sky. He buried his face in the sand to hide his angry yell.

Later,

Takehaya got his sword and made his way out of the Kami residence despite having Charao and Yuno trying to convince him to think.

Charao said, "Takehaya, you haven't got a clue on where Mary could be, hell, she could even be where the Enigma's are and-"

Takehaya stopped and said to himself, "Thats it..." he turned around and said to Charao, "That's the only way!"

Takehaya ran back inside and ran into his fathers office as he said, "Father! I request that I go to the realm of the Enigma's..."

"Out of the question!" Said Yu, "You are risking yourself AND EXPOSING yourself to Shiori. Who knows what she'll do when she gets her hands on you."

Yuno then commented, "And worse, she could be using Mary to get you to her so-"

Takehaya interrupted Yuno, saying "I don't care! I have to save Mary! I have to!" He then turned to Yu and said, "I'm going to save her whether you like it or not!" Takehaya then stormed out despite his father trying to stop him.

Takehaya fled the house that day, never to be seen.

Meanwhile, the Slime Enigma that had Mary arrived to a location elsewhere. Mary slightly opened her eyes, finding herself at a small desert beach like area which appeared to be away from the islands. She could see the Spider Enigma which later took the form of a human.

The Slime Enigma presented her saying, "I have received what you requested."

"Good." Said the Spider Enigma, "Now that I have the Storm's lover, I can benefit from the energy that lives within."

The Spider Enigma began acting weird as its body began to spastically move before the body began to turn to white dust and land on the floor.

Seeing this, Mary hastily got up and tried running away from them as they were about to use her as the new host. The Enigma parasite chased after and managed to pin her down and knock her unconscious. They then began taking over Mary's mind and her body began to develop into a female arachnid human hybrid monster.

They opened their eyes, smiling deviously. They spoke in Mary's voice.

"Let's see how far Storm will go to save his precious Mary!" Said the Enigma, its voice changed. They laughed maniacally.

Raimai, out of nowhere appeared from above and watched the events unfold and with a stern expression, she walked away, knowing well what she will do next.

Back to Takehaya, he tried finding ways to reach the Enigma world from reaching out to people that he knew to even looking through documents from Jin's hospital to see if there was any way but alas, he was unsuccessful.
