Chapter 706: Star and Titan

Narrator: The massive mutant dragon flies in the sky, out of The Titan’s range!

Sasha: “You’re not safe up there! We can bring you down!”

Sasha summons a Hell Vulture and then looks at Kurt.

Sasha: “You and I are going to fly up there and knock back down to ground level.”

Kurt: “It’s worth a shot.”

Ronzic: “Even if you fly up here, you have nothing that can knock me back down!”

???: “HAAAAAAAAAH!!”

An extremely powerful, clear force comes from a combination of behind and below the mutant dragon and directly hits it. The clear force causes an extreme blast of blunt force energy that sends extremely heavy winds out in all directions. The force is so strong that it tears up the dragon’s wings and leaves massive dents throughout its body.

All of the heroes look up in shock.

Kurt: “What just happened!?”

Sasha: “I… I don’t know…! I don’t think any of us have an attack like that!”

Herbie grins with satisfaction.

Herbie: “I knew it would work.”

Dusk looks at Herbie.

Dusk: “This was the trick you had saved? How’d you pull this off?”

Herbie: “Her name is Hayleen and she is stupidly strong… even if she is a dolt.”

With its wings torn apart, the mutant dragon falls from the sky.

Ronzic: “I recognize that power!! Impossible!!”

The mutant dragon crashes into the ground, causing a massive crater to form where it landed.

With its injuries, the dragon stands up and walks out of the crater.

???: “Ronzic!!!!!!!”

The dragon looks to its right and sees a mob of dark divine beings and demons, with Hayleen and Yotson being in front of the rest.

Yotson steps forward and points his finger at the dragon.

Yotson: “Lord Ronzic…! No, just Ronzic! We heard everything!! None of us truly matters to you, huh!?”

Ronzic: “What!!? Where did you hear such a thing!!?”

Laura: “Ron has never said anything of the sort to any of you!!”

Herbie steps forward.

Herbie: “That’s where you’re wrong!”

The dragon heads turn their attention back to Herbie.

Ronzic: “What do you mean!?”

Herbie massively grins.

Herbie: “Your confession… I recorded it!”

Ronzic: “What!!?”

Herbie: “That’s right. Your confession was heard all over your base for all of your followers to hear!”

Ronzic: “How did you do that!!?”

Herbie: “I broke into your broadcast tower as part of our rebellion. I was there to get it started, but while I was there, I took a mic with a connection to the tower just in case. So, when Zeth asked you that question about what your followers mean to you, I knew I had to turn the mic on. Hoping that your confession would cause your followers to leave your side was a gamble but it has paid off. Your reign is done!”

Sasha looks at Herbie with an impressed expression.

Sasha: “Nice work!”

Herbie: “Thank you, my lady.”

The mutant dragon roars up to the sky.

Ronzic: “It doesn’t matter!!! I will crush all of my former followers as well!!! My power still far exceeds all of yours!!! Even your stone titan won’t last much longer!!!”

All three heads charge red energy in their mouths.

???: “Roooonziiiiiiic!!!!!”

The heroes all look to their right and see Zeth flying on a large golden star toward Ronzic.

Kurt: “Zeth is flying on a star!?”

Emily: “Since when could he do that!?”

Sasha: “I didn’t know he could do that…!”

Zeth’s large star slams directly into Ronzic’s three heads, one after another, knocking their aim off. The heads unintentionally release their beams into the sky.

The Titan stares at the star Zeth rides on.

The Titan: “…Star…”

Madeena: (Thinking) “Why did I just say that?”

Zeth looks over at The Titan.

Zeth: “You want my star?”

He then notices the large star-shaped indent on The Titan’s forehead.

Zeth: (Thinking) “I guess it looks like my star is the perfect shape and size for that indent on its forehead but why would it want it? What does that do?”

The Titan: “…Star…”

Madeena: (Thinking) “Again, why did I say that?”

Zeth: “All right, here.”

Zeth rides the star over to The Titan’s forehead and then turns it vertically so that he is on horizontally, seemingly defying gravity with it. The star moves back into the star-shaped indent until it neatly fits in place.

Joe: “What is he doing now? Am I the only one confused here?”

Sasha: “Trust me. I have no idea even though he is my husband.”

The mutant dragon recovers from the hit it took from Zeth’s star.

Ronzic: “I’ve had enough!!! I won’t sit back!!!”

The mutant dragon starts moving faster toward The Titan.

Laura: “Let’s crumble this stone titan!”

As the dragon gets close, it raises its front right claw in preparation to slash The Titan. However, The Titan slams its right fists into the dragon’s left shoulder head. The punch is so strong that it starts vaporizing the left shoulder’s head the farther the fist goes.

Ronzic: “No way!!!”

The Titan now has waves of golden energy flowing out from the star on its forehead that travel throughout its whole body. Zeth continues to stay horizontally on the star.

Zeth: “Woah!! I don’t know how or why this works but this is awesome!!”

The Titan: “…Warrior…Crush…”

The Titan kicks the dragon in its upper chest, significantly damaging it and knocking it back.

The Titan: “Crush!!!!”

The Titan starts moving faster than it has done so far.

The Titan: “Must… Crush!!!!”

Ronzic: “You annoying pest!!!”

The two remaining dragon heads charge up red energy and fire at The Titan as it approaches. The Titan holds its right fist back and then thrusts it forward when the beams reach it. The fist slams straight into the beams and knocks them back toward the dragon.

Ronzic and Laura: “Impossible!!!”

The beams hit the dragon directly in its chest, creating a massive gaping wound.

The Titan moves quickly while readying its fist again. The dragon has no time to prepare itself.

The Titan: “Crush….!!! Abyss…!!!”

The Titan slams its fist directly into the gaping wound on the dragon’s chest. The combined force of its fist plus Zeth’s incredible Star Magic energy begins to vaporize the dragon from the inside out.

Laura: “How could this happen!!!?”

Ronzic: “It’s always something!! Robbed of happiness…!! …Again…!!!”

Soon, the entire dragon is completely vaporized, leaving nothing left of it, not even a blob. Though a slight black abyss cloud comes out of its body but quickly dissipates.

The Titan looks up at the sky and thrusts its arms toward the sky. It roars a victorious word.

The Titan: “Cruuuuuuuuussssshhhhheeeeedddd!!!”

Narrator: The battle is over!! Ronzic has been defeated!!
