Was this real?

Was this a nightmare?

And where am I?

... I hope it was a nightmare after all.

But when I looked around and saw myself chained.

Nope.

This was definitely not a nightmare.

I sat in a dimly lit room that smelled of iron and damp stone.

My wrists were shackled tightly to a cold metal chair, the restraints biting into my skin.

The floor beneath me was stained in some patches darker than others.

As if soaked in something ...unspoken

I didn't even know where the heck I was.

I didn't know a single person there, except for my mother, who didn't recognize me.

Because I was in someone else's body in this freaking world.

I was going to say that " I am her son", but I remembered...

That if I said it, she'd die another time because of me.

So I didn't say I was her son.

Instead I asked them, "Excuse me, ma'am, could you tell me why I'm being chained to this chair?".

"But I was unaware that I was going to be tortured."

So you are awake already?

You will find out soon. "She answered".

What do you mean? I asked

Someone laughed behind my mother.

Behind my mother was a woman.

A woman stepped out from the shadows.

Her lips curled into a smile that sent a chill down my spine.

You are so cute."She said"

Huh. Why did you laugh and tell me I am cute? Are you hitting on me?

Well, sorry, I like someone, I can't be with you."I said"

"That's my assistant," my mother said, as if introducing a friend.

The woman leaned in with a giggle, "You are so cute, you will find out soon".

"Can I know what will happen a moment later because both of you told me to wait and find out for myself?"I said"

Neither of them answered.

Then they both come to me with a knife in their hand.

I blinked. "A knife". Are you planning to cut something?

The assistant smirked. "Yes, you wanna know what?"

'...Uhhh sure?" Yes, tell me.

"Then don't close your eyes for a second," she said, her voice sharp.

"Why not close my eyes?" I muttered. "Will that make everything disappear?"

"With a twisted smile.

She raised the knife high, then drove it straight into my eyes," without hesitation."

"Aaaaaggghhhh!! AAAAAAHHHHH!!"

My voice tore through the silence, raw and desperate.

The pain was unbearable..it felt like fire had exploded inside my skull.

"What the hell...are you doing to me?!"

I screamed but no one answered.

Only the echo of my agony filled the room.

"My mother grabbed my hair and yanked my face upward.

Then, without warning, she gripped the knife handle lodged in my eyes.

"She lifted the knife up high, then brought it down with a forceful slam".

"She raised it again and struck downward with full force."

"Aaaaggghhhh!! AAAAAHHHH"

"Stop! What the hell are you doing?! It hurts! Stop it, now!" I cried out in agony.

"What am I doing? What do you think?"

Her voice was cold and sharp.

"You are an immortal being. You can't die, so we're using you for our experiment. Nothing more".

"Is this wrong?" She asked.

Her tone razor sharp, almost mocking.

"Wrong?!" I gasped. "If this isn't wrong then what is?!"

Before I could say another word....

She yanked out the knife.

"Oh my, your blood is lacking... Sorry for this, I really don't want to do this". Mother said

"What... What the hell did you say"? If you didn't want to do this to me, then why did you do this to me, huh?

"Because I had no option other than this".Mother said.

No other option?! What do you mean? "I said"

Because I Because I ...

Because what? Tell me. "I said"

She kept his face straight to me

"What do you think?! Because I love it I love my work I love to see people in suffering it's so good" Mother said

"You are not normal you. You're psycho" I said

"What did you say to me?" Mother said

I said you are not normal you are freaking psycho. "I said"

"You... You little kid you called me a psycho I tell you what I am really"

Mother said to her assistant " Hey bring the acid here now"

Oh my, are you really going to do that with this boy, huh?! "The assistant answered"

"Shut up ...Do what I said, don't ask questions". She said

The assistant gave mother a large acid bottle

"Sorry I will do it next time faster" She said

"Good," Mother said

"Then Mother opened the stopper of acid".

Why acid bottle?! "I said"

"Mother raised her arm then dropped it on my full body"

"Aaaaaggghhhh!! AAAAHHHH"

My face and full body were melted

Because of acid, and then after a few minutes, I disappeared.

After a few minutes, I woke up.

Aahhhhh, where am I?

What happened to me?

Was that a nightmare?

I whispered, " I remember now... I was hit by that freaking face truck-Kun."

"After that, I saw myself in a field, surrounded by many monsters.

I died three times, but after waking up the fourth time, I saw myself in a lab."

"During this beautiful journey to hell, I found out that I had a power, or rather, a curse: immorality.

Because of that, I was in the lab, where they tortured me, then melted me by throwing some acid in my body."

"So this was a dream after all... thank god," I whispered.

"So you finally woke up, huh?

"You regenerated just as our research predicted. Our Data says you regenerate in two minutes. Cool. it is amazing."

"Be ready, we are going to our main plan now," Mother said

"No freaking way that was true... Why is this happening to me? Only me? Wait...."

"Wait a second... This was all because of that ugly face-truck-Kun! I am sure if I ever get the chance to go back to my world, I will find you and teach you a lesson"

What are you whispering to yourself? Can I know? "She said"

Huh, no way not to someone psycho much as you... "I said"

"Oh my how rude of you to remember you are chained by a chair and I can do whatever I want," She said

"shit...I was forgetting for a moment that he has the power to chain anyone," I whispered.

So now what are you going to do? I remembered you said you are going to your main plan?! "I said"

"Oh, so you remember it. Thank you for not forgetting it". She said

So what now?! "I said"

"Hey, is it ready, freaking old man" She asked

"Old man?" I blinked. "There is an old man here too? What is he doing here?" I asked

"He is the one who is making some chemical fo our plan which we will put in your beautiful body".

I whispered, "Beautiful body? Well, after all, I am your son"

"Can I ask a question before that, please?" I said

"Yes, of course, go ahead". She said

"Why are you doing these experiments on me?!" I said

"Because we are finding a way to become immortal like you, we need to live always like gods." She said

What? "Believe me, immortality is a curse. You will regret later. I know I used to wish for the same thing as you..."

"But... But now I completely understand. Living forever is like a curse... believe me," I said

You are right."She said"

She started laughing...

Sorry for laughing at you I really mean it seriously but you didn't know."'She said"

I tell you "For you this is a curse but for us this is the one thing which will never let us die got it" She said

"Both are the same thing," I said

"No, both are different things. You said immortality is a curse, and it is a curse, but for you, only if we use this according to our plan, it can become something important, right?". She said.

"You are not understanding my meaning behind my words," I said

"Shut up".She said

"Hey give me chemical fast I had many more works too," She said

"Ma'am Ma'am there is something urgent come fast," the Assistant said

What happened? "she said"

"033 is not here". Assitant said

What? "What the hell do you mean she was paralyzed she can't even walk right damn it"

033? A paralyzed girl? What are you talking about? "I said"

"Shut up," She said

She ran to the room named 033 in the lab, which was right in front of me.

I whispered "What the hell does this mean now"

Then I heard a girl's voice.

Help me!! Please, somebody help me!!

"Is there a girl in that room? Really, what the hell does this mean? Now they are so cruel. I have to do something, but what do I even do now?" I said

Help Help!!

"I can't sit in this chair like a freaking idiot, I have to do something..."

Hey freaking idiots come here are you scared of me Come here "I shout"

"Mother, the assistant came to me, taking some tools with them, then they started to torture me again".

"After dying 45 times by there, some freaking chemical, I am right here where I was before in this freaking chair".

I heard some voices from the outdoors

"We are shifting 044 and 033 to a new lab"

What? "033 to a new lab, they even had a new lab too, and the 044 is that I'm how freaking psycho they are. I am really tired right now. Because of them, I lost all my emotions and feelings"

"Hey, you freaking boy, you are going to be free in our other lab, I mean only from chains and chair, but you will be in a locked room". She said

"I know it already I heard it after all you freaking psychos were saying it louder," I said

"Really sorry for running your surprise," She said

"Don't worry, anyway, it can never be shocking to me after all you're all psychos. And you kept doing this thing all the time with me, right?" I said

"Blew blew blew whatever you know what? You were so good before your cute smile and your anger, I was in love with that, but now you have become far worse than a robot," She said.

Like I care about your feelings."I said

By the way, I forgot to tell you, there will be another person like you, I mean a tool for our experiment, she is: 033. "She said"

She? Is she a girl, and tell me his real name, you freaking lady."I said"

"Huh, you really have no manners, right?. "She said"

Shut up and answer my question."I said"

She ignored me and went to the lab.

The next morning.

I woke up in some new place, and this time I was free from chains. When I started to look around me, I saw someone.

At that moment in my heart. A feeling awakened My heart started to beat fast

I fell in love with a girl who was with me in the new lab.

She was very beautiful, if her hair colour was yellow, she looked like some goddess.

What's your name? Can I know, please?

Uumm, you are awake finally, and the first thing you asked is my name, I guess I am lucky... "She said"

She laughed gently.

Her smile was like I was seeing some goddess smile, she was looking that beautiful, I couldn't even explain it in words.

"My name is Elwin Amisis. Well this is a name I give to myself so it's not from my parents because my parents left me when I was a kid" she said

Elwin...uumm your name is so sweet like you "I said"

What? "she said"

"Yes I mean your name is like you: cute," I said

I laughed gently

Her face turned full red she was embarrassed

What...? "She said"

I said you are cute... "I said"

When I saw her face my face turned full red like hers

Sorry, really sorry, my meaning was not this, I swear,... "I said"

She laughed gently...

"Sorry for laughing, I mean I was laughing because I thought you looked and acted cute, meanwhile you said it bravely". She said

Me? Cute? Well, if you are tan, it can be by the way I didn't tell my name. My name is... my name is... what was my name?"I ?aid"

You really are cute. How about I give you a name? "She said"

Will you give me a name? Why not? I will be happy if you give me a name. "I said"

"Ok then what abount : Nasa kun"She said

"Nasa kun... I liked it, thank you for giving me a name"I said.

"But I really want to know your real name given by your parents, but for that time I will call you Nasa Kun" She said.

"Sorry for not remembering my own name"I said.

"Don't worry about that and take this".She said.

"What is this? Is this a photo?"I said.

While she was coming to give me a photo the photo fell from his hand to the ground.

"Sorry wait a minute I picked this up," She said.

But unfortunately, she was paralyzed, so she was unable to even stand, so I bent down on my knees and picked up the photo from the ground.

"Hey, looking closely, you are more cute and adorable, take this..."I said.

"Thank you," she said.

"By the way, what is this photo about?"I said.

"I looked closely at the photo that pictured a boy kneeling down in the photo and a girl sitting on a chair because she was unable to stand looked like the way we were"

"Isn't this photo pose like the way we are in?".I said.

Well, I guess so... You know I found this picture on that table behind you there."

"Uumm... you are right" I said.

"Then I saw there was another picture on the ground When I kneeled down to pick it up I saw the same photo boy and girl kissing each other in this photo"

"Is there another photo?" She said.

I hid it with my hand then said "there was a clean page, not a photo haaahaa"

"Why are you laughing like a psycho? Are you fine?".She said.

I whispered "psycho, that name is for that psycho woman and the old man, not me. I remember, I remember, I don't see them from morning."

"Psycho? Who are you talking about?" She said.

"I am talking about the 2 ladies and 1 old man who were torchering me in the lab and I think they torched you too right?" I said.

"Yes, they did, but you know I respect them, really, I do, but torturing others is a bad thing, I don't like it". She said.

"You know, they torched all my friends and then killed all of them but still I think they can be kind-hearted too" She said.

"Why don't you hate them? They killed your parents, they did experiments on you and your friends, so why?"I said.

"Why do you still think they can be kind-hearted too".I said.

"Hey, you know some devils can be kind-hearted too. Actually being a devil does not mean you are evil" She said.

It means "Can you be kind-hearted in a devil's face?". She said.

Listening to her, I started thinking of my previous life, how my father threw me, and an assassin who was known as an evil killer, threw me into an orphanage.

"I think... I think you are right some devils can be kind-hearted too".I said.

"Really, you believe this too, then we are the same, right?". She said.

Hey, I want to say something. Will you listen, please?"I said.

Yeah, go ahead, tell me."She said".

I... I... I love you."I said".

"Wha...w-what...?" She stammered.

"I love you, I fell for you the very first time I saw you. I... I really do love you".I said.

"'I can't give you an answer now, sorry. I will give you my answer soon, I promise".I said.

"Ok then will wait for that day" I said.

Days kept passing like that

But she never answered...

And then one day, that pyschos returned to the lab.

After a whole month of slience.

I saw them.

"Now why did you too freaking psychos returned huh?"I said

"You know, we heard everything...every word you spoke.everthing that was happening in fact, we saw it with our own eyes," Mother said.

"What...You psychos were keeping an eye on us? what the hell are you really?"I said.

"We researched as much we could, and then we found out".Mother said.

"What research? What did you find out?"I asked.

"We have to give you a power that can match the power which gods hold. Only then can you give us the power of immortality".She said.

"What...?"I asked.

"But before that, we want one thing to break your heart completely"

"Then there will be nothing left in your heart. A true god has nothing in his heart, so you shouldn't have anything either,"She said.

"So Then what are going to do with me now huh?" I asked.

"With you? No you are misunderstanding something we will only break your heart and it will be done by torchering your most fav person" She answered.

"What do you mean? I have no one who i like most here?" I said.

"Are you sure? So 033 is nothing for you, huh? You know she has regenerating power, but it is not like immortality" She said.

"She has regenerating power? Then we both have the same power, so why are you saying no?" I asked.

"She has regenration limit she can't regenrate after 321 times.

She will become weak, and if it happens one more time after that, she will die," She said.

"It can't be...Hey listen, I will give you my body. please don't do anything to her, please" I said.

"Sorry but we have to torture her in front of your eyes," Mother said

"Mother started to torture her in front of me. She raised her hand.

"Then opened the stopper of the acid, Elwin's body began melting in front of me.

Elwin screamed loudly from pain and the tears started to fall from my eyes"

I start screaming loudly too

"No! No! No, please... No!" I shouted.

"Mother tortured her in front of me many times without stopping."

But she was only saying "Hey, don't cry, nasa -kun. Remember what i said to you

devils can be kinds hearted too."

I was listening to her loud screms and tears every time

Because i was chained here like an idiot. my tears had dried

After 321 times torturing her, the last time was arrived.

She was turned into liquid by acid on ground, but after a while, she healed completely

"Hey, please, please let me talk to her please,"I said.

Mother opened the chains, and i ran to Elwin, kneeling down carrying her in my arms.

"Hey Elwin...listen, Elwin, listen i remembered my name. you wanted to hear it, right?"I said

"Really? I am so glad you remembered. So now, will you tell me?"She said.

"Yes of course, i will tell you. I have two names first is my orignal, and second is the one given by my butler, who was like my grandfather to me," I said.

She laughed gently in pain.

"Amazing you have two names? Tell me, please tell me your name," She said.

"My real name is Shin tomoko and my second name is Sugimoto kimora," I said .

I said it with a gentle smile, closing my eyes.

But when i opened my eyes and looked into Elwin eyes...

She was looking very beautiful, like a goddess.

A beautiful, gentle smile on his face and then she whispered in my ears.

She whispered, " Hey... the answer to your question is yes."

We both looked at each other's eyes gently, then we was forgot abount everthing. We were about to share a moment of kiss.

"But at the next moment, I saw acid coming from behind toward Erwin's face.

Her face melted from the acid in front of me.

I screamed loudly and cried like my life had ended".

"After that they started experimenting on me again."

"Hey, listen I have nothing left to smile abount.

Are you feeling happy now?" I asked.

They looked at me with a messy smile.

Mother said, "Yeah, we are very happy."

"You freaking psychos are definitely not normal people," I said.

"Well, we accept that as a compliment," Mother said.

Then mother picked up another acid bottle and was walked toward me.

"So now i am going to die again from melting by acid? I swear if i ever get the chance to escape of this lab, I will destroy all acid companies."

"Shut up," Mother said.

"Hey, I have a question? Is there A tv in this world." I asked.

"Yes and why are asking like you are from another world?" Mother said.

"You know I Was wondering if there is any anime on that tv. Actually, I want to watch some anime?" I asked.

"Of course i will play it for you. Tell me, which genre you like?" She said.

"I love to watch romance , isekai , sci-fi , mystery... and some hentai anime too. so would you please play a hentai anime?" I said.

"Hentai? You jerk! You are asking a women to play a hentai anime on TV?" She shouted.

"Is there something wrong in seeing hentai with a women? I remember My butler i mean, my grandfather was watching hentai anime sitting right next to me " I said.

"What? Are you insane?! A grandfather and an unknown women you met few weaks ago are completely different" Mother answered.

"Well, I was unware to this. And listen, can you give me some cold juice before melting me with that acid? " I said.

"Shut up!" Mother shouted.

"Really, I am not going to shut my mouth. I will never shut my mouth, you freaking old lady!" I said.

She melted me again.

After that she start to putting some chemical inside my body.

"Mother did this many times and kept doing experiments on me.

I don't remeber how many times i died".

Because of expremients and the torture, I think i died 900 times way more than 700.

I Lost all emotions. I lost my heart somewhere.

"Hey, you freaking ladies, you said me this time you will be succeed, but another time.

I died instead of gaining the power of gods!" I shouted.

"Shut up we will be succeed next time!" Mother said.

"Blew...

Blew...

Blew...

I remebered. I was in this world and suffered because of that freaking face truck-kun, right?"

"I swear if i ever return, I will burn all truck factories from the planet," I said.

"Hey, be ready. This will be your time to become a god," Old man said.

"By the way, you have been saying that since the beginning, but you never succeeded even once, right?" I said.

He put a new chemical inside my body.

I melted again, but when i regenerated.

I fell a mysterious power inside me.

"What is this power inside me?" I wispered.

When I tried to move my hand.

The chain broke into pieces.

"See?!

We are succeeded!

We did it!

We have done it!" The old man said.

"I already knew that we will do this one day. Now listen give us the power of immortality," Mother said.

"No way! Giving powers to you freaking pyschos? no way!" I said.

"What? What did you just say, you little freaking insect?" Mother said

I raised my finger at the old man, and before i knew it.

The whole lab was destroyed just by raising a single finger.

"What was this?

What the hell did I get from that chemicals?" I said.

"The next moment, I was summoned by a goddess.

I looked around and i saw her sitting there.

I whisapered "A goddess... i can't see her face clearly."

I think she will be kind-hearted... not like those freaking psychos.

"Did you say something." She asked

"Nah, I didn't say something to you. I was talking to myself" I replied.

she said, "Hey give me your powers now."

"What? First you summon me here, and now you ask for my power?

Listen, my power are not even stronger than yours, so why do you want them?" I asked.

I raised my finger to ask more, but before I could say anything to goddess.

The goddess turned into ashes from my power.

"What happened just now?" I said.

I turn around then i saw five gods standing there.

"What the heck is happening here now" I said

         Chapter 2 ended
